He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

He made it stand as a law for Jacob. He made it stand as a covenant for Israel. It will last forever.

which he confirmed to Jacob as a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant,

He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, and to the people of Israel as a never ending covenant:

He also confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, To Israel as an everlasting covenant,

And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a statute, To Israel for an everlasting covenant,

And hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law,[ and] to Israel[ for] an everlasting covenant,

He gave it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as a lasting promise,

He confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,

Also God said to him:“ I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall proceed from you, and kings shall come from your body.The land which I gave Abraham and Isaac I give to you; and to your descendants after you I give this land.”

and I have said I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

“ Hear the words of this covenant, and speak to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem;

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

Then you went over the Jordan and came to Jericho. But I delivered them into your hand.I sent the hornet before you which drove them out from before you, also the two kings of the Amorites, but not with your sword or with your bow.I have given you a land for which you did not labor, and cities which you did not build, and you dwell in them; you eat of the vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant.’

And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you.Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.”

Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David.

They did not keep the covenant of God; They refused to walk in His law,

“ Although my house is not so with God, Yet He has made with me an everlasting covenant, Ordered in all things and secure. For this is all my salvation and all my desire; Will He not make it increase?
