惟爾本乎上帝、在基督耶穌中、彼由於上帝、而為智為義為聖為贖於我儕者也、

凡智慧知識之寶藏、皆韞於彼、

夫十架之道、於淪亡者則為愚、於我儕得救者、則為上帝之能、

我儕知萬事同工、以益夫愛上帝者、即依其旨而蒙召者也、上帝所預知者、又預定效其子之狀、使為眾兄弟中之冢子、其所預定者召之、召者義之、義者榮之、○

誠信者上帝也、爾由彼見召、與其子我主耶穌基督相通也、○

我不以福音為恥、是乃上帝之能、以救凡信者、先猶太人、次希利尼人、

耶和華造我、在其經營之始、古昔造化之先、自永古、自元始、於地未有之先、我已被建、未有深淵、未有湧泉、我已生焉、山嶽未奠、岡陵未有、大地田野、世之土壤、尚未締造、我已在焉、上帝建立諸天、使穹蒼環海面、我已在焉、上堅霄漢、下固淵泉、定海之界、使水不違其命、建立大地之基、斯時也、我與之俱、為其工師、日為所悅、恆懽忭於其前、

依維聖之神言、因自死復生、以權能證為上帝子、即我主耶穌基督、

夫智也、惟其弟子義之、○

是故上帝之哲言有云、我將遣先知使徒就彼、其中有見殺者、有見迫者、

智慧非呼召、明哲非發聲乎、

書達哥林多上帝會、成聖於基督耶穌中、蒙召為聖徒、與隨在籲我主耶穌基督名者、即彼之主、亦我之主也、

即我儕蒙召之人、不第自猶太、亦自異邦、如是尚何言哉、
