我现今吩咐你们的话，不是称赞你们；因为你们聚会不是受益，乃是招损。

或是君王所派罚恶赏善的臣宰。

你们要吃喝，难道没有家吗？还是藐视神的教会，叫那没有的羞愧呢？我向你们可怎么说呢？可因此称赞你们吗？我不称赞！

所以，全教会聚在一处的时候，若都说方言，偶然有不通方言的，或是不信的人进来，岂不说你们癫狂了吗？

“不可心里恨你的弟兄；总要指摘你的邻舍，免得因他担罪。

你们不可停止聚会，好像那些停止惯了的人，倒要彼此劝勉，既知道那日子临近，就更当如此。

你们偷盗，杀害，奸淫，起假誓，向巴力烧香，并随从素不认识的别神，且来到这称为我名下的殿，在我面前敬拜；又说：‘我们可以自由了。’你们这样的举动是要行那些可憎的事吗？

“你要大声喊叫，不可止息；扬起声来，好像吹角。向我百姓说明他们的过犯；向雅各家说明他们的罪恶。他们天天寻求我，乐意明白我的道，好像行义的国民，不离弃他们神的典章，向我求问公义的判语，喜悦亲近神。他们说：‘我们禁食，你为何不看见呢？我们刻苦己心，你为何不理会呢？’看哪，你们禁食的日子仍求利益，勒逼人为你们做苦工。你们禁食，却互相争竞，以凶恶的拳头打人。你们今日禁食，不得使你们的声音听闻于上。

若有人饥饿，可以在家里先吃，免得你们聚会，自己取罪。其余的事，我来的时候再安排。

弟兄们，这却怎么样呢？你们聚会的时候，各人或有诗歌，或有教训，或有启示，或有方言，或有翻出来的话，凡事都当造就人。

我称赞你们，因你们凡事记念我，又坚守我所传给你们的。

当面的责备强如背地的爱情。

你们聚会的时候，算不得吃主的晚餐；

你们不要再献虚浮的供物。香品是我所憎恶的；月朔和安息日，并宣召的大会，也是我所憎恶的；作罪孽，又守严肃会，我也不能容忍。你们的月朔和节期，我心里恨恶，我都以为麻烦；我担当，便不耐烦。

作官的原不是叫行善的惧怕，乃是叫作恶的惧怕。你愿意不惧怕掌权的吗？你只要行善，就可得他的称赞；
