凡食主餅、飲主杯、而不合宜者、即干主身與血也、

凡食此餅、飲此杯、不合其宜者、是負主身主血者也、

故凡不合宜而食此餅飲主之杯者、即干主之體主之血矣、

故凡輕率冒昧、妄食聖餅、妄領聖爵者、則褻瀆聖體與聖血矣。

So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

我就是天上降下来的生命之粮，人吃了这粮，必永远活着。我将要赐下的粮就是我的肉，是为了让世人得到生命。”

你们不能又喝主的杯又喝鬼魔的杯，不能又吃主的圣餐又吃祭鬼魔的食物。

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“如果你们或你们的子孙中有人因为碰了死尸而不洁净，或是出了远门，可以改期为耶和华守逾越节。

“王出来会见在座的客人，发现有一个人没有穿礼服，

更何况人践踏上帝的儿子，轻看那使人圣洁的立约之血，又藐视赐人恩典的圣灵？这等人该受多么重的刑罚啊！

如果有人是洁净的，又没有出远门，却不守逾越节，要将他从民中铲除。他不在指定的时间向耶和华献供物，就必须自负罪责。

叫人活着的是灵，肉体毫无作用。我对你们说的话就是灵，就是生命。然而，你们中间有些人不信。”因为耶稣一开始就知道谁不信祂、谁会出卖祂。

我这话不是对你们每一个人说的，我知道我拣选了谁，但这是为了要应验圣经上的话，‘吃我饭的人用脚踢我。’我在事情还没有发生之前，预先告诉你们，等事情发生以后，你们就会相信我是基督。我实实在在地告诉你们，人若接待我所差遣的，就是接待我；接待我，就是接待差我来的那位。”说完这番话，耶稣心里忧伤，便宣布说：“我实实在在地告诉你们，你们中间有一个人要出卖我。”门徒面面相觑，不知道耶稣指的是谁。西门·彼得向耶稣所爱的那个门徒点头示意，让他问耶稣到底是谁要出卖祂。那门徒坐在耶稣旁边，

亚伦的儿子拿答和亚比户各拿自己的香炉，点火加香，在耶和华面前献上凡火。他们这样做不合耶和华的吩咐。于是，有火从耶和华面前出来吞噬了他们，他们就死在耶和华面前。摩西告诉亚伦：“耶和华曾说过，‘我要在事奉我的人中显明我的圣洁，在所有子民面前彰显我的荣耀。’”亚伦默默无言。

有许多以法莲人、玛拿西人、以萨迦人和西布伦人没有洁净自己就吃了逾越节的羊羔，违背了律法的规定。希西迦就为他们祷告说：“凡诚心寻求他祖先的上帝耶和华的人，虽然没有照圣所的律例洁净自己，愿良善的耶和华赦免他！”
