我们知道：凡是由神所生的人，就不会继续犯罪；原来，由神所生的那一位保守着他，那恶者也就不碰他。

We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the One who was born of God keeps them safe, and the evil one cannot harm them.

We know that those who are children of God do not keep on sinning. The Son of God keeps them safe. The evil one can’t harm them.

We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.

我知道你的行为。看哪，我在你面前赐下了一个敞开的门，是没有人能关上的；这是因为你能力小，但你遵守了我的话语，没有否认我的名。看哪，我要使那些属于撒旦会堂的，就是那些自称是犹太人，其实不是犹太人，而是说谎的人——看哪，我要使他们来，在你脚前下拜；他们就会知道我已经爱了你，因为你遵守了我忍耐的教导，我还要保守你脱离那试炼的时刻，就是那将要临到普天下，考验住在地上之人的时刻。

我阻止我的脚走任何邪恶的路，为要遵守你的话语。

你们得以重生，不是出于会朽坏的种子，而是出于不朽坏的种子，是藉着神永活长存的话语，

他照着自己的旨意，藉着真理的话语生了我们，要使我们在他所造的万物中成为一种初熟的果子。

我不再对你们多说了。要知道，世界的那掌权者就要来了，而他对我毫无作用。

不要像该隐，他属于那恶者，杀了自己的弟弟。他为什么杀弟弟呢？因为他自己的行为是恶的，而他弟弟的行为是义的。

我们属于神，那认识神的，就听从我们；那不属于神的，就不听从我们。由此，我们就认出真理的灵和迷惑人的灵。

他们不是由血缘、或肉体的意愿、或人的意志所生的，而是由神所生的。

我说：“我要谨守我的道路，免得犯口舌之罪。恶人还在我面前的时候，我要用笼套约束我的口。”

那位独一的神能够保守你们不失足，并且使你们毫无瑕疵、怀着喜乐站在他的荣耀面前；

每一个对基督怀有这盼望的，都会使自己纯洁，正如基督是纯洁的。

论到人的行为，我藉着你嘴上的话语，保守自己不走凶恶者的路。

我知道你居住的地方，就是撒旦宝座所在的地方。不过即使在我忠心的见证人安提帕的那些日子里，你还持守我的名，也没有否认对我的信仰；这安提帕是在你们那里，也就是在撒旦居住的地方被杀害的。

他夜里来到耶稣那里，说：“拉比，我们知道你是从神那里来的老师，因为你所行的这些神迹，如果没有神的同在，没有人能做得到。”耶稣回答说：“我确确实实地告诉你：一个人如果不重生，就不能见神的国。”尼克迪莫问：“人老了，怎么能出生呢？他难道能再进母腹又出生吗？”耶稣回答：“我确确实实地告诉你：一个人如果不是由水和圣灵所生的，就不能进入神的国。
