因以曉人曰、寅畏上帝、即智慧、革去諸惡、即聰明。

諺言隱語、我傾耳以諦聽、鼓琴以詠歌兮。

應先知言云、我將啟口設譬、創世以來、所隱藏者、闡揚之也、○

大聲而呼、亟求明哲、欲得智慧、索之若金、尋之若寶、夫如是、則耶和華上帝、所當寅畏、可得而知矣。耶和華賜人以智慧、畀人以明哲。

哲者聞此而增其學、明者聞此而益其慧。玩味箴言之微旨、可悟賢人之隱語。
