and observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses. Do this so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go

Do everything the Lord your God requires. Live the way he wants you to. Obey his orders and commands. Keep his laws and rules. Do everything written in the Law of Moses. Then you will have success in everything you do. You will succeed everywhere you go.

and keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his rules, and his testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn,

Observe the requirements of the Lord your God, and follow all his ways. Keep the decrees, commands, regulations, and laws written in the Law of Moses so that you will be successful in all you do and wherever you go.

『將來他登了國位，就要從祭司利未人面前的原本、為自己用一卷錄寫這律法的抄本。那書要時常在他身邊，儘他一生的日子他總要誦讀，好學習敬畏他的上帝，謹守這律法書上的一切話，也守這些律例去遵行；免得他心高氣傲、藐視他的族弟兄，也免得他離了這誡命、而偏左偏右；好使他和他子孫在以色列中治國延年益壽。

所以你們要謹慎遵行「這約」的話，好使你們所行的凡事亨通。

恪守他法度、一心尋求他的、有福啊！

你若謹慎遵行永恆主指着以色列所吩咐摩西的律例典章，那麼你就得以順利。你只要剛強壯膽；不要懼怕；不要驚慌。看哪，我辛辛苦苦為永恆主的殿豫備了金子十萬擔，銀子一百萬擔，銅和鐵多得無法可稱；木料石頭、我也已經豫備了；你還可以增添。

弟子啊，我的指教你不要忘記；我的誡命你的心要恪守着；因為它們必將延年及壽命賜與你，將平安興隆加給你。不可使忠愛與誠信離開你；要繫在你脖子上，刻在你心版上；這樣、你在上帝和世人眼前就必蒙受恩寵，凡事亨通。

我以你的法度為我永遠的產業；因為這是我心中所喜悅的。

希西家在全猶大都這樣辦理：他在永恆主他的上帝面前都行良善正直忠實的事。凡他所開辦的事工、無論是關於上帝之殿的事奉或是關於律法誡命、以便尋求他的上帝的，他都全心全意地去作，所以他都順利成功。

『你們要記得我僕人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山為以色列眾人所吩咐他、的律例和典章。

他所喜愛的、是永恆主的律法，他晝夜所思想的、也是主的律法。他好像一棵樹、移植於流水溝旁，按節候結果子，其葉子總不凋殘；凡他所作的、盡都順利。

永恆主的律法完全，能使人精神甦醒；永恆主的法度確定，能使愚直人有智慧。

你的誡命使我比仇敵有智慧，因為它時時在我心裏。我比我所有的教師都通達；因為你的法度是我所默想的。我比老年人明理，因為你的訓令我恪守着。

你憑義氣和極大的忠信命定你的法度。

求你將純全的心賜給我兒子所羅門，來遵守你的命令、法度、律例，來成就這一切：用我所豫備的來建造殿宇。』

凡大衛所行的都精明亨通；永恆主和他同在。

非利士人的將軍常常出來打仗；每逢他們出來的時候，大衛所作的總比掃羅的臣僕所作的精明亨通；因此他的名極受尊重。

他又在以東設立駐防營；他在全以東設立了駐防營，全以東就都臣服於大衛。大衛無論往哪裏去，永恆主總使他得勝。

永恆主和他同在；無論他出戰到哪裏去，盡都亨通；他背叛了亞述王，不肯臣服於他。

又哪一個大國有這樣公義的律例典章、像我今日在你們面前所頒布的這一切律法呢？

『以色列人哪，現在你們要聽我所教訓你們行的律例典章，好叫你們活着，得以進去，取得永恆主你們列祖的上帝所賜給你們的地以為業。

『以下是永恆主你們的上帝所吩咐我教訓你們的誡命、律例、典章，使你們在所要過去取得為業的地上去遵行的，好叫你敬畏永恆主你的上帝，遵守他一切的律例、誡命、就是我所吩咐你的，好使你、和你兒子、以及你的子子孫孫、儘你一生的日子都這樣行，使你得享長壽。

摩西把以色列眾人都召了來，對他們說：『以色列人哪，我今日所講給你們聽的律例典章、你們務要聽，要學習，要謹慎遵行。

你們只要格外謹慎遵行永恆主的僕人摩西所吩咐你們的誡命律法，愛永恆主你們的上帝，行他一切的道路，遵守他的誡命，緊依附着他，全心全意地事奉他。』

你只要剛強，大大壯膽，謹慎遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，不可偏於右、或偏於左，好使你無論往哪裏去都得亨通。「這律法」書不可離開你的口；你要晝夜沉思，好使你按照書上所寫的一切話謹慎遵行；因為這樣、你所行的路就會順利，這樣、你就會亨通。

掃羅無論差遣大衛到哪裏去，大衛都出去、而且無往而不利；掃羅立他為戰士長，不但眾民滿意，就是掃羅的臣僕也都滿意。

就是摩西在以色列人出埃及後所曉諭他們的法度、律例、典章，

看哪，我照永恆主我的上帝所吩咐我的、將律例典章教訓你們，使你們在所要進去取得為業的地上去遵行。

所以如今呢、在永恆主的大眾、以色列眾人面前、又在我們的上帝親耳聽見之下、你們務要謹守、研究永恆主你們的上帝的一切誡命，好取得這美地、去遺留給你們以後的子孫永遠為業。『你呢、我兒所羅門哪，你要認識永恆主你父的上帝，全心樂意地事奉他，因為永恆主究察萬人的心，他明白一切思想的計畫。你若尋求他，他就給你尋見；你若離棄他，他就永遠屏絕你。

於是大衛在大馬色的亞蘭設立了駐防營；亞蘭人就臣服於大衛，帶着貢物而來。大衛無論往哪裏去，永恆主都使他得勝。
