眾婦踴躍、唱予和汝、曰、掃羅殺人維千、大闢戮人盈萬。

As they danced, they sang:“ Saul has slain his thousands, and David his tens of thousands.”

As they danced, they sang,“ Saul has killed thousands of men. David has killed tens of thousands.”

And the women sang to one another as they celebrated,“ Saul has struck down his thousands, and David his ten thousands.”

This was their song:“ Saul has killed his thousands, and David his ten thousands!”

So the women sang as they danced, and said:“ Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.”

And the women sang one to another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.

As they celebrated, the women sang: Saul has killed his thousands, but David his tens of thousands.

And the women answered[ one another] as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.

The women who were playing the music sang,“ Saul has struck down his thousands, but David his tens of thousands!”

But the servants of Achish said to him,“ Is this not David, the king of the land? Did they not sing of this one as they danced, saying,‘ Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands’?”

And Miriam answered them,“ Sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted; The horse and his rider He has hurled into the sea.”

Is this not David, of whom they sing in the dances, saying,‘ Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands’?”

Lift up your heads, you gates, And be lifted up, you ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in!Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.
