For if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.

若那废掉的有荣光，这长存的就更有荣光了。

若是那逐渐褪色的有荣光，这长存的就更有荣光了。

若是那逐渐褪色的有荣光，这长存的就更有荣光了。

那渐渐消逝的尚且有荣耀，这永远长存的更是荣耀无比。

如果那短暂的有荣光，那长存的就更有荣光了。

这样，那渐渐消失的尚且带有荣光，何况这长存的，难道不更带有荣光吗？

若那廢掉的有榮光，這長存的就更有榮光了。

若是那逐漸褪色的有榮光，這長存的就更有榮光了。

若是那逐漸褪色的有榮光，這長存的就更有榮光了。

那漸漸消逝的尚且有榮耀，這永遠長存的更是榮耀無比。

如果那短暫的有榮光，那長存的就更有榮光了。

那漸漸消逝的制度若是通過榮光而立，這長存的就越發帶着榮光了。

這樣，那漸漸消失的尚且帶有榮光，何況這長存的，難道不更帶有榮光嗎？

蓋暫存者若榮、則永存者更榮矣、○

暫有者若榮、則永存者更榮、

若將廢者有榮、則永存者更有榮、○

夫終須廢棄之臨時制度、且產生於光榮之中、則其永久者之光榮、又為何如！

And if what was transitory came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts!

The glory of the old lasts for only a short time. How much greater is the glory of the new! It will last forever.

For if what was being brought to an end came with glory, much more will what is permanent have glory.

So if the old way, which has been replaced, was glorious, how much more glorious is the new, which remains forever!

For if what was set aside was glorious, what endures will be even more glorious.

For if that which fades away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.

For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.

For if that which passeth away was with glory, much more that which remaineth is in glory.

For if what was fading away was glorious, what endures will be even more glorious.

For if that which is done away[ was] glorious, much more that which remaineth[ is] glorious.

For if what was made ineffective came with glory, how much more has what remains come in glory!

The law came in that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly;that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

In that he says,“ A new covenant”, he has made the first old. But that which is becoming old and grows aged is near to vanishing away.

( for they indeed have been made priests without an oath), but he with an oath by him that says of him,“ The Lord swore and will not change his mind,‘ You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.’”By so much, Jesus has become the collateral of a better covenant.Many, indeed, have been made priests, because they are hindered from continuing by death.But he, because he lives forever, has his priesthood unchangeable.Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we don’t faint.

who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.But if the service of death, written engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly on the face of Moses for the glory of his face, which was passing away,

See that you don’t refuse him who speaks. For if they didn’t escape when they refused him who warned on the earth, how much more will we not escape who turn away from him who warns from heaven,whose voice shook the earth then, but now he has promised, saying,“ Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heavens.”This phrase,“ Yet once more” signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain.Therefore, receiving a Kingdom that can’t be shaken, let’s have grace, through which we serve God acceptably, with reverence and awe,for our God is a consuming fire.
