since it is just for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you

神既是公义的，就必将患难报应那加患难给你们的人，

既然上帝是公义的，他必以患难报复那加患难给你们的人，

既然神是公义的，他必以患难报复那加患难给你们的人，

上帝是公义的，祂必以患难来报应那些迫害你们的人。

神既然是公义的，主耶稣和他有能力的天使从天上显现在火焰中的时候，就使你们这些受灾难的人，可以和我们同享安息；却以灾难报应那些把灾难加给你们的人。

神既然真是公义的，当主耶稣与他有大能的天使们一起从天上显现的时候，他就要以患难回报那些加患难给你们的人，

因為上帝所看為公義的就是：當主耶穌從天上同他有能力的天使在火燄中顯示出來時將患難報應那加患難給你們的人，而將鬆息還報你們、連同我們、受患難緊逼的人、

神既然真是公義的，當主耶穌與他有大能的天使們一起從天上顯現的時候，他就要以患難回報那些加患難給你們的人，

蓋以苦報夫苦爾者、以偕我之安報爾受苦者、乃上帝之義也、

上帝至公、人苦爾者、報之以苦、

天主乃公義、凡以苦加爾者、天主必以苦報之、

故今之加爾以困辱者、天主亦將報之以困辱；

God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you

God is fair. He will pay back trouble to those who give you trouble.

since indeed God considers it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

In his justice he will pay back those who persecute you.

For after all it is only right for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,

if so be that it is a righteous thing with God to recompense affliction to them that afflict you,

since it is righteous for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you

Seeing[ it is] a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

For it is right for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,

Since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,

They cried out with a loud voice,“ Lord, the one who is holy and true, how long until you judge those who live on the earth and avenge our blood?”

For the wrongdoer will be paid back for whatever wrong he has done, and there is no favoritism.

Rise up, God, champion your cause! Remember the insults that fools bring against you all day long.Do not forget the clamor of your adversaries, the tumult of your opponents that goes up constantly.

Can a corrupt throne be your ally, a throne that makes evil laws?They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.But the LORD is my refuge; my God is the rock of my protection.He will pay them back for their sins and destroy them for their evil. The LORD our God will destroy them.

I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh, and they will be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine. Then all humanity will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

when I sharpen my flashing sword, and my hand takes hold of judgment, I will take vengeance on my adversaries and repay those who hate me.I will make my arrows drunk with blood while my sword devours flesh— the blood of the slain and the captives, the heads of the enemy leaders.”Rejoice, you nations, concerning his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants. He will take vengeance on his adversaries; he will purify his land and his people.

For the LORD of Armies says this:“ In pursuit of his glory, he sent me against the nations plundering you, for whoever touches you touches the pupil of my eye.

I heard the angel of the waters say, You are just, the Holy One, who is and who was, because you have passed judgment on these things.Because they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets, you have given them blood to drink; they deserve it!

because his judgments are true and righteous, because he has judged the notorious prostitute who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality; and he has avenged the blood of his servants that was on her hands.

In her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all those slaughtered on the earth.

Rejoice over her, heaven, and you saints, apostles, and prophets, because God has pronounced on her the judgment she passed on you!

Lord, who will not fear and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All the nations will come and worship before you because your righteous acts have been revealed.

Why should the nations ask,“ Where is their God?” Before our eyes, let vengeance for the shed blood of your servants be known among the nations.Let the groans of the prisoners reach you; according to your great power, preserve those condemned to die.Pay back sevenfold to our neighbors the reproach they have hurled at you, Lord.

But if you will carefully obey him and do everything I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and a foe to your foes.

The nations were angry, but your wrath has come. The time has come for the dead to be judged and to give the reward to your servants the prophets, to the saints, and to those who fear your name, both small and great, and the time has come to destroy those who destroy the earth.
