“ Brothers, the scripture had to be fulfilled that the Holy Spirit foretold through David concerning Judas– who became the guide for those who arrested Jesus–

说：“弟兄们！圣灵藉大卫的口，在圣经上预言领人捉拿耶稣的犹大，这话是必须应验的。

“各位弟兄，那段经文是必须应验的，就是圣灵藉着大卫的口所预言有关犹大的事。这犹大，领人抓了耶稣；

「各位弟兄，那段經文是必須應驗的，就是聖靈藉著大衛的口所預言有關猶大的事。這猶大，領人抓了耶穌；

曰、兄弟乎、聖神以大衛之口預言、引人執耶穌之猶大、此經得驗、宜也、

兄弟乎、昔聖神以大闢口、預言引執耶穌之猶大、其經已應、

兄弟、昔聖神以大衛口預言引人執耶穌之猶大、其經應驗宜也、

『兄弟乎！聖神假大維之口、預言茹達斯引捕耶穌、此經已見應驗；

and said,“ Brothers and sisters, the Scripture had to be fulfilled in which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus.

Peter said,“ Brothers and sisters, a long time ago the Holy Spirit spoke through David. He spoke about Judas Iscariot. What the Scripture said would happen had to come true. Judas was the guide for the men who arrested Jesus.

“ Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke beforehand by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.

“ Brothers,” he said,“ the Scriptures had to be fulfilled concerning Judas, who guided those who arrested Jesus. This was predicted long ago by the Holy Spirit, speaking through King David.

“ Brothers and sisters, it was necessary that the Scripture be fulfilled that the Holy Spirit through the mouth of David foretold about Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.

“ Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit foretold by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.

“ Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus;

Brethren, it was needful that the scripture should be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spake before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who was guide to them that took Jesus.

“ Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled that the Holy Spirit through the mouth of David spoke in advance about Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.

Men[ and] brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus.

“ Brothers, it was necessary that this Scripture should be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who was guide to those who took Jesus.

Even my close friend whom I trusted, he who shared meals with me, has turned against me.

“ What I am saying does not refer to all of you. I know the ones I have chosen. But this is to fulfill the scripture,‘ The one who eats my bread has turned against me.’

Indeed, it is not an enemy who insults me, or else I could bear it; it is not one who hates me who arrogantly taunts me, or else I could hide from him.But it is you, a man like me, my close friend in whom I confided.We would share personal thoughts with each other; in God’s temple we would walk together among the crowd.May death destroy them! May they go down alive into Sheol! For evil is in their dwelling place and in their midst.

so that the word of Isaiah the prophet would be fulfilled. He said,“ Lord, who has believed our message, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”For this reason they could not believe, because again Isaiah said,“ He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they would not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and turn to me, and I would heal them.”

Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says,“ Oh, that today you would listen as he speaks!“ Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the day of testing in the wilderness.

While he was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent by the chief priests and elders of the people.

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this one forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

Paul looked directly at the council and said,“ Brothers, I have lived my life with a clear conscience before God to this day.”

Then when Paul noticed that part of them were Sadducees and the others Pharisees, he shouted out in the council,“ Brothers, I am a Pharisee, a son of Pharisees. I am on trial concerning the hope of the resurrection of the dead!”

But this has happened so that the scriptures of the prophets would be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples left him and fled.

How then would the scriptures that say it must happen this way be fulfilled?”

The LORD’s spirit spoke through me; his word was on my tongue.

They probed into what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating when he testified beforehand about the sufferings appointed for Christ and his subsequent glory.

For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than, having known it, to turn back from the holy commandment that had been delivered to them.

“ Brothers, I can speak confidently to you about our forefather David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.So then, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne,David by foreseeing this spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that he was neither abandoned to Hades, nor did his body experience decay.

“ For it is written in the book of Psalms,‘ Let his house become deserted, and let there be no one to live in it,’ and‘ Let another take his position of responsibility.’

Now when they heard this, they were acutely distressed and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles,“ What should we do, brothers?”

After this Jesus, realizing that by this time everything was completed, said( in order to fulfill the scripture),“ I am thirsty!”A jar full of sour wine was there, so they put a sponge soaked in sour wine on a branch of hyssop and lifted it to his mouth.When he had received the sour wine, Jesus said,“ It is completed!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

For these things happened so that the scripture would be fulfilled,“ Not a bone of his will be broken.”

So they began to leave, unable to agree among themselves, after Paul made one last statement:“ The Holy Spirit spoke rightly to your ancestors through the prophet Isaiah

“ Brothers and fathers, listen to my defense that I now make to you.”

If those people to whom the word of God came were called‘ gods’( and the scripture cannot be broken),

After three days Paul called the local Jewish leaders together. When they had assembled, he said to them,“ Brothers, although I had done nothing against our people or the customs of our ancestors, from Jerusalem I was handed over as a prisoner to the Romans.

( Now Judas, the one who betrayed him, knew the place too, because Jesus had met there many times with his disciples.)So Judas obtained a squad of soldiers and some officers of the chief priests and Pharisees. They came to the orchard with lanterns and torches and weapons.Then Jesus, because he knew everything that was going to happen to him, came and asked them,“ Who are you looking for?”They replied,“ Jesus the Nazarene.” He told them,“ I am he.”( Now Judas, the one who betrayed him, was standing there with them.)So when Jesus said to them,“ I am he,” they retreated and fell to the ground.Then Jesus asked them again,“ Who are you looking for?” And they said,“ Jesus the Nazarene.”Jesus replied,“ I told you that I am he. If you are looking for me, let these men go.”

After the reading from the law and the prophets, the leaders of the synagogue sent them a message, saying,“ Brothers, if you have any message of exhortation for the people, speak it.”

Right away, while Jesus was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, arrived. With him came a crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent by the chief priests and experts in the law and elders.

who said by the Holy Spirit through your servant David our forefather,‘ Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot foolish things?The kings of the earth stood together, and the rulers assembled together, against the Lord and against his Christ.’“ For indeed both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, assembled together in this city against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed,to do as much as your power and your plan had decided beforehand would happen.

Brothers, descendants of Abraham’s family, and those Gentiles among you who fear God, the message of this salvation has been sent to us.For the people who live in Jerusalem and their rulers did not recognize him, and they fulfilled the sayings of the prophets that are read every Sabbath by condemning him.Though they found no basis for a death sentence, they asked Pilate to have him executed.When they had accomplished everything that was written about him, they took him down from the cross and placed him in a tomb.

this man, who was handed over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you executed by nailing him to a cross at the hands of Gentiles.

After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them,“ Brothers, you know that some time ago God chose me to preach to the Gentiles so they would hear the message of the gospel and believe.

So he replied,“ Brothers and fathers, listen to me. The God of glory appeared to our forefather Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he settled in Haran,

David himself, by the Holy Spirit, said,‘ The Lord said to my lord,“ Sit at my right hand, until I put your enemies under your feet.”’

After they stopped speaking, James replied,“ Brothers, listen to me.

While he was still speaking, suddenly a crowd appeared, and the man named Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He walked up to Jesus to kiss him.
