蓋上帝已定一日、將以所立之人、義鞫天下、乃自死復起之、俾眾徵信焉、○

是故如聖神所云、爾今日若聞其言、勿剛愎乃心、猶昔之激怒、即試我於野之日、

我儕緣基督而愚、爾在基督而智、我弱爾強、爾榮我辱、

眾辭之、如出一心、一人曰、我適購田、須往視之、請辭、

惟彼訕笑上帝之使、藐視其言、譏其先知、致耶和華之怒及於其民、無可救治、

如爾歸耶和華、則爾昆弟子女、必得矜恤於虜之者、再返斯土、蓋爾上帝耶和華仁慈矜憫、爾若歸之、必不轉面弗爾顧也、郵傳者遍行以法蓮瑪拿西境、遞經諸邑、至西布倫、民乃哂而譏之、惟亞設瑪拿西西布倫中、有人自卑、至耶路撒冷、

又有受戲玩、鞭扑、縲絏、囹圄之試、

希律與其士卒輕忽戲玩之、衣以彩服、復遣詣彼拉多、

曰、藐忽者乎、爾其視之、且駭且亡、蓋於爾之時、我方有為、人雖告爾、爾必不信、○

但我儕宣釘十架之基督、於猶太人則為礙、於異邦人則為愚、

故我儕宜負其辱、出營外就之、

羅得出、告聘其女之壻曰、爾起、出此、耶和華將滅是邑、其壻聞之、以為戲言、

兵卒亦戲之、就而予之醯、

執耶穌者、戲而扑之、
