耶穌曰：『予即途也、真諦也、生命也。人欲諧父、舍予末由。

蓋元基已奠、孰能捨而另植、元基惟一、基督耶穌是已。

信仰聖子者、獲永生；不順聖子者、無以望生、天主譴怒、恆臨其身。』

其證云何？曰：天主已賜吾人以永生；而永生即在其聖子之身。故有聖子者、有永生；無聖子者、無永生。

夫天主一而已矣、而介居天主與人之間者、亦一而已矣、則基督耶穌其人也。彼已自獻為萬眾之贖、而為天主玄謨、作一適逢時會之明證。

彼又命吾儕傳道於眾、證其已膺天主之命、而為黜陟幽明之主：眾先知亦為之證。凡信之者、必得賴其名而獲赦焉。』

俾痛悔赦罪之道、得藉其名而傳於世、始自耶路撒冷以達萬邦。

行舉一子、宜名之曰耶穌；彼將濟其子民於眾罪也。』

於是乃囑之曰：『爾曹當徧歷寰宇、宣福音於普天生靈。凡信而受洗者得救、不信者遭譴。

凡不見錄於生命冊者、皆投入火池。

未幾、望見不可勝數之群眾、係來自各種、各族、遐荒、重譯者；一律身着白袍、手持鳳尾棕枝、肅立寶座與羔羊前、眾口同聲而呼曰：「我之得救、實賴位於寶座者及羔羊之洪恩。」

況辜負偌大之救恩、其能僥倖於萬一耶？此救恩自始為主所親傳、而親炙之者又為吾人闡述、鑿鑿有據；

爾其慎旃、切勿輕忽其所發之言也。夫古人之不聽從地上施教之人者、尚不能免責矧於自天所訓而不聽從者、其能僥倖於萬一乎？

爾子與爾孫。將紹祖令望。皆得踐王位。分封曁八荒。

是在爾等篤守信德、確乎不拔、以保因聞福音而得之希望而已。此福音已布於普天生靈、而我葆樂竟得供役於斯。

爾時有虔誠之猶太人、來自天下萬國、寓於耶路撒冷？
