I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said,“ O my lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?”

And he said,“ No; but I am the commander of the army of the Lord. Now I have come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped and said to him,“ What does my lord say to his servant?”

How can my lord’s servant talk with my lord? For now no strength remains in me, and no breath is left in me.”Again one having the appearance of a man touched me and strengthened me.

while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the first, came to me in swift flight at the time of the evening sacrifice.

So I was left alone and saw this great vision, and no strength was left in me.
