After some years, they will become allies. And he and his power will not last either. In those days she and her attendants will die. They will die when the people she trusts lie to her. The same thing will happen to her father and the one who helped her.

After some years they shall make an alliance, and the daughter of the king of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement. But she shall not retain the strength of her arm, and he and his arm shall not endure, but she shall be given up, and her attendants, he who fathered her, and he who supported her in those times.

“北方王必回来摆列大军，比先前的更多。满了所定的年数，他必率领大军，带极多的军装来。

北方王必来筑垒攻取坚固城；南方的军兵必站立不住，就是选择的精兵也无力站住。

但这女子的本家必另生一子继续王位，他必率领军队进入北方王的保障，攻击他们，而且得胜；

“到末了，南方王要与他交战。北方王必用战车、马兵，和许多战船，势如暴风来攻击他，也必进入列国，如洪水泛滥。

亮光不照恶人；强横的膀臂也必折断。

“人子啊，我已打折埃及王法老的膀臂；没有敷药，也没有用布缠好，使他有力持刀。

过了多日，你必被差派。到末后之年，你必来到脱离刀剑从列国收回之地，到以色列常久荒凉的山上；但那从列国中招聚出来的必在其上安然居住。你和你的军队，并同着你许多国的民，必如暴风上来，如密云遮盖地面。”

因我要在这地兴起一个牧人。他不看顾丧亡的，不寻找分散的，不医治受伤的，也不牧养强壮的；却要吃肥羊的肉，撕裂它的蹄子。”

凡他所做的，时常稳固；你的审判超过他的眼界。至于他一切的敌人，他都向他们喷气。
