故爾必以我言、藏於衷、存於心、繫於手以為號、戴於額以為飾、

必以我言藏於爾心、誌於爾衷、繫於手、服於顙、以為記錄。

爾必以我此言藏於心、存於意、繫於臂為記、戴於額為飾、

你们要让基督的话语丰丰富富地住在你们里面，要用一切的智慧彼此教导、劝诫，怀着感恩的心，以诗篇、圣诗、属灵的诗歌来歌颂神。

各位蒙爱的人哪，这已经是我写给你们的第二封信。在这两封信中，我都用提醒的话来激发你们纯洁的意念，要使你们想起圣先知们曾经说过的话，以及你们的使徒们所传的主、救主的命令。

我将你的话语珍藏在我心里，免得我对你犯罪。

所以，虽然你们已经知道这些事，又在你们已有的真理上得了坚固，我还是要不断地提醒你们。

我儿啊，不要忘记我的法则，你的心要谨守我的诫命，

遵守我的诫命，就得以存活！遵守我的法则，如同保守你眼中的瞳人。你当把它们系在你的指头上，把它们刻在你的心版上。

我儿啊，你当谨守你父亲的诫命，不要撇弃你母亲的法则！你当把它们一直系在你的心上，把它们束在你的颈项上。你往来行走时，她就引导你；你躺下时，她就保守你；你醒来时，她就与你谈论；因为诫命是灯，法则是光，出于管教的责备是生命的道路，

因此，我们必须更加留心所听过的事，免得随流漂去。

他们所做的一切事，都是为了给人看：他们把自己的经文盒加宽，把衣服的穗子加长；
