The Lord will plague you with diseases until he has destroyed you from the land you are entering to possess.

He will send all kinds of sicknesses on you. He’ll send them until he has destroyed you. He’ll remove you from the land you are entering to take as your own.

The Lord will make the pestilence stick to you until he has consumed you off the land that you are entering to take possession of it.

The Lord will afflict you with diseases until none of you are left in the land you are about to enter and occupy.

擊此邑之居民、或人或畜、俱遭大疫而亡、耶和華曰、厥後、我必以猶大王西底家、暨其臣僕庶民、凡在邑中、疫癘鋒刃饑饉之餘、悉付於巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、與其諸敵、及索其命者之手、巴比倫王必擊之以刃、不惜之、不憐之、不加矜憫、○

曰、希伯來人之上帝臨我、請爾許我適野、歷程三日、以祭我上帝耶和華、免其以疫癘鋒刃擊我、

於是耶和華降疫癘於以色列、自清晨至所定之期、自但至別是巴、民間死者七萬人、

皆遘厲疾而死、無人哀哭、不得瘞埋、將於地上、同乎糞土、見滅於鋒刃饑饉、其尸為飛鳥野獸所食、

摩西告亞倫曰、耶和華震怒、疫癘已起、爾當執鼎、取壇上之火、置香、急詣會眾、代為贖罪、亞倫循摩西言取鼎、趨詣會中、疫癘已起、乃立於生者死者間、焚香為民贖罪、疫癘始弭、緣可拉事而殞者外、遘疫而死者、計一萬四千七百人、
