The Lord will plague you with diseases until he has destroyed you from the land you are entering to possess.

皆必遭疫癘而死、無人哀哭、無人葬埋、必若糞土在地、亦有亡於鋒刃、死於饑饉、空中飛鳥、地上走獸、食其屍骸、

摩西告亞倫曰、爾取香爐、以祭臺之火盛其中、置香於火上、速往會眾間為之贖罪、因主怒甚、疫癘已降、亞倫遵摩西命取香爐、趨至會眾間、見疫癘已降於民中、遂焚香為民贖罪、立於生者死者間、疫癘即止、為可拉之事而死者外、遭疫癘而死者、計一萬四千七百人、
