爾生子女、不享其福、必為人所虜。

我窮目力、望爾踐言、爾慰藉予、不知何時兮、

我窮目力、望爾拯救、爾言出惟行兮、

或曰、我已頻鬻子女、易穀養生。或曰、飢饉既甚、我已質田園宅第於人以糴穀。或曰、我之田園、已質於人、得金以納稅。我及我子、與同宗何異、奚以我之子女、為人服役、我有數女為人所玷、欲拯無能、我之田園、為人所據。

凡使同儕為寇所陷、其子之目當盲。

維彼惡人、其目必盲、逋逃無藪、彼之失望、與氣之垂盡無異也。

我民流亡、孩提之子、哺乳之兒、喪於逵衢兮、我目流涕、中心惻怛、不啻肝腦之塗地兮。

我籲呼於上、至於困憊、至於焦渴、望上帝拯予、目為之矇瞶兮。

郇邑之民、果為勞苦、若婦臨產、蓋爾將出邑居野、至於巴比倫、在彼我耶和華將救爾出於敵手、

我將徙爾於大馬色外、我萬有之主耶和華已言之矣。

身之所生、土之所產、牛羊所出、俱服咒詛。

其餘我散之邑門、若舉扇揮塵、喪其子女、猶不悛改、必加殲滅、時值亭午、我必使殘暴壯士、猝攻京邑、降以重災、使其嫠婦、較海沙愈眾、育七子之婦、喪膽斷氣、其年中絕、若日未暮而沉西、故懷慙抱愧、所遺之民、為敵人誅戮我耶和華已言之矣。

人子、越至後日民所倚賴、所欣慕之聖所、爰及子女、我必棄之如遺。

譬彼玄鳥、呢喃對語、譬彼班鳩、哀鳴不已、余亦若是、瞻望於上、至於目眩。耶和華與、我遭患難、爾其救余、

摩押有禍乎、基抹其危哉、厥子遁逃、厥女見攘、俱亞摩哩王西宏所為也。

予因此瞻喪目矇兮。

爾居斯土、勿娶妻室、生育子女。斯土之為父母者、及其所生之子女、我有定命、俱遭慘死、無人哭泣、無人瘞埋、視若糞壤、亦有亡於鋒刃、死於饑饉、飛鳥走獸、食其尸骸。

郇民曰、我冀鄰邦、以手援予、引領徒勞、望眼欲穿兮。

在異邦中、爾不獲寧宇、亦無駐足之所、耶和華在彼使爾心慄目盲、衷懷不懌。
