为了这事，我三次求主使这根刺离开我。

耶稣稍往前走，把脸伏在地上祷告说：“我父啊，如果有可能，让这杯离开我吧！但不要照我的意愿，而要照你的意愿。”

其实他是为我们的过犯被刺透，为我们的罪孽被压伤。因他受的惩罚，我们得平安；因他受的鞭伤，我们得痊愈。我们全都如羊迷失，各人偏行己路；耶和华却使我们众人的罪孽都落在他身上。

耶稣就回答说：“你们不知道自己在求什么。我将要喝的杯，你们能喝吗？”他们说：“我们能。”
