Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

從此，你們不再是外人或過客，你們與眾聖徒一樣是天國的子民，是上帝家裡的人了。

這樣看來，你們不再是外人和客旅，而是與聖徒一同作國民，是神家裡的人了，

這樣，你們就不再是外人或僑民了，乃是聖徒同國之民，是上帝一家的人。

由此可見，你們不再是外人，或寄居的；你們是聖徒的同國之民，是神家裡的人，

如是爾不復為外人、為客旅、乃與聖徒同籍、為上帝之眷屬、

於是、爾曹不復為外邦異家、乃與聖徒一邦、與上帝之人一家、

如此、爾曹不復為外人、不復為客旅、乃與聖徒為一邦、為天主一家之人、

因此、爾等已不復為外人或賓旅、爾等與諸聖同為天國之公民、聖宅之家人。

Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household,

So you are no longer outsiders and strangers. You are citizens together with God’s people. You are also members of God’s family.

So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,

So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.

So, then, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of God’s household,

So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household,

Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all[ men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of[ them], and embraced[ them], and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than[ that of] Abel.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more[ shall they call] them of his household?

And had a wall great and high,[ and] had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are[ the names] of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred[ and] forty[ and] four cubits,[ according to] the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.And the building of the wall of it was[ of] jasper: and the city[ was] pure gold, like unto clear glass.And the foundations of the wall of the city[ were] garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation[ was] jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.And the twelve gates[ were] twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city[ was] pure gold, as it were transparent glass.And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb[ is] the light thereof.And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.For it is written, Rejoice,[ thou] barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him[ that was born] after the Spirit, even so[ it is] now.Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
