This is how you are to eat it– dressed to travel, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. You are to eat it in haste. It is the LORD’S Passover.

當腰束帶、足納履、手執杖、迅速而食、是為耶和華之逾越節、

當束帶納履、執杖而食、其速如欲遁者、是為耶和華逾越節之禮。

食之時、當腰束帶、足納履、手持杖、急速而食、是乃主所命逾越節之羔、

This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover.

Eat the meat while your coat is tucked into your belt. Put your sandals on your feet. Take your walking stick in your hand. Eat the food quickly. It is the Lord’ s Passover.

In this manner you shall eat it: with your belt fastened, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in haste. It is the Lord’s Passover.

“ These are your instructions for eating this meal: Be fully dressed, wear your sandals, and carry your walking stick in your hand. Eat the meal with urgency, for this is the Lord’s Passover.

Here is how you must eat it: You must be dressed for travel, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. You are to eat it in a hurry; it is the LORD’s Passover.

Now you shall eat it in this way: with your garment belted around your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in a hurry— it is the Lord’s Passover.

And thus you shall eat it: with a belt on your waist, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. So you shall eat it in haste. It is the LORD’s Passover.

And thus shall ye eat it: with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is Jehovah’s passover.

by fitting your feet with the preparation that comes from the good news of peace,

then you will say,‘ It is the sacrifice of the LORD’s Passover, when he passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt, when he struck Egypt and delivered our households.’” The people bowed down low to the ground,

Clean out the old yeast so that you may be a new batch of dough– you are, in fact, without yeast. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

Therefore, get your minds ready for action by being fully sober, and set your hope completely on the grace that will be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

“ Get dressed for service and keep your lamps burning;

Then Moses summoned all the elders of Israel, and told them,“ Go and select for yourselves a lamb or young goat for your families, and kill the Passover animals.

“‘ On the fourteenth day of the first month is the LORD’s Passover.

In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, is a Passover offering to the LORD.

So the disciples did as Jesus had instructed them, and they prepared the Passover.When it was evening, he took his place at the table with the twelve.

The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,“ This is the ordinance of the Passover. No foreigner may share in eating it.

You must sacrifice the Passover animal( from the flock or the herd) to the LORD your God in the place where he chooses to locate his name.You must not eat any yeast with it; for seven days you must eat bread made without yeast, symbolic of affliction, for you came out of Egypt hurriedly. You must do this so you will remember for the rest of your life the day you came out of the land of Egypt.There must not be a scrap of yeast within your land for seven days, nor can any of the meat you sacrifice on the evening of the first day remain until the next morning.You may not sacrifice the Passover in just any of your villages that the LORD your God is giving you,but you must sacrifice it in the evening in the place where he chooses to locate his name, at sunset, the time of day you came out of Egypt.

The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, so that when I see the blood I will pass over you, and this plague will not fall on you to destroy you when I attack the land of Egypt.

But the father said to his slaves,‘ Hurry! Bring the best robe, and put it on him! Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet!

As she stood behind him at his feet, weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. She wiped them with her hair, kissed them, and anointed them with the perfumed oil.
