摩西對人民說：『不要懼怕，因為上帝來臨，是要試驗你們，叫你們時常敬畏他，不至於犯罪。』

摩西曰、勿懼、上帝臨格以試爾、俾爾敬畏、免干厥罪、

摩西曰、勿懼、蓋上帝降臨、試於爾眾、俾爾敬畏、毋蹈愆尤。

摩西謂民曰、毋懼、蓋天主降臨為試爾、又為使爾恆敬畏之、俾爾不至犯罪、

Moses said to the people,“ Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning.”

Moses said to the people,“ Don’t be afraid. God has come to test you. He wants you to have respect for him. That will keep you from sinning.”

Moses said to the people,“ Do not fear, for God has come to test you, that the fear of him may be before you, that you may not sin.”

“ Don’t be afraid,” Moses answered them,“ for God has come in this way to test you, and so that your fear of him will keep you from sinning!”

Moses responded to the people,“ Don’t be afraid, for God has come to test you, so that you will fear him and will not sin.”

However, Moses said to the people,“ Do not be afraid; for God has come in order to test you, and in order that the fear of Him may remain with you, so that you will not sin.”

And Moses said to the people,“ Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.”

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before you, that ye sin not.

Moses responded to the people,“ Don’t be afraid, for God has come to test you, so that you will fear Him and will not sin.”

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Moses said to the people,“ Do not fear, for God has come to test you, that the fear of him may be before you so that you do not sin.”

Moses said to the people,“ Don’t be afraid, for God has come to test you, and that his fear may be before you, that you won’t sin.”

你也不可聽那先知或是那做夢之人的話；因為這是耶和華－你們的神試驗你們，要知道你們是盡心盡性愛耶和華－你們的神不是。 (cunpt)

但要尊萬軍之耶和華為聖，以他為你們所當怕的，所當畏懼的。 (cunpt)

不要自以為有智慧；要敬畏耶和華，遠離惡事。 (cunpt)

你也要記念耶和華－你的神在曠野引導你這四十年，是要苦煉你，試驗你，要知道你心內如何，肯守他的誡命不肯。 (cunpt)

這些事以後，神要試驗亞伯拉罕，就呼叫他說：「亞伯拉罕！」他說：「我在這裏。」 (cunpt)

撒母耳對百姓說：「不要懼怕！你們雖然行了這惡，卻不要偏離耶和華，只要盡心事奉他。 (cunpt)

他對人說：敬畏主就是智慧；遠離惡便是聰明。 (cunpt)

「以色列啊，現在耶和華－你神向你所要的是甚麼呢？只要你敬畏耶和華－你的神，遵行他的道，愛他，盡心盡性事奉他， (cunpt)

天使說：「你不可在這童子身上下手。一點不可害他！現在我知道你是敬畏神的了；因為你沒有將你的兒子，就是你獨生的兒子，留下不給我。」 (cunpt)

因憐憫誠實，罪孽得贖；敬畏耶和華的，遠離惡事。 (cunpt)

「現在你們要敬畏耶和華，誠心實意地事奉他，將你們列祖在大河那邊和在埃及所事奉的神除掉，去事奉耶和華。 (cunpt)

摩西呼求耶和華，耶和華指示他一棵樹。他把樹丟在水裏，水就變甜了。耶和華在那裏為他們定了律例、典章，在那裏試驗他們；又說：「你若留意聽耶和華－你神的話，又行我眼中看為正的事，留心聽我的誡命，守我一切的律例，我就不將所加與埃及人的疾病加在你身上，因為我－耶和華是醫治你的。」 (cunpt)

好叫你和你子子孫孫一生敬畏耶和華－你的神，謹守他的一切律例誡命，就是我所吩咐你的，使你的日子得以長久。 (cunpt)

在我以前的省長加重百姓的擔子，每日索要糧食和酒，並銀子四十舍客勒，就是他們的僕人也轄制百姓；但我因敬畏神不這樣行。 (cunpt)

敬畏耶和華是知識的開端；愚妄人藐視智慧和訓誨。 (cunpt)

亞伯拉罕說：「我以為這地方的人總不懼怕神，必為我妻子的緣故殺我。 (cunpt)

你在何烈山站在耶和華－你神面前的那日，耶和華對我說：『你為我招聚百姓，我要叫他們聽見我的話，使他們存活在世的日子，可以學習敬畏我，又可以教訓兒女這樣行。』 (cunpt)

你不要害怕，因為我與你同在；不要驚惶，因為我是你的神。我必堅固你，我必幫助你；我必用我公義的右手扶持你。 (cunpt)
