随后，神在天上的圣所开了，他的约柜在他圣所中显现。接着有闪电、声音、雷鸣、地震和大冰雹。

不过基督已经来到，做了那些已经发生的美善之事的大祭司，经过了那更大、更完美的会幕。那会幕不是人手所造的；就是说，不属于这被造的世界。

他是圣所和真会幕的服事者。这会幕是主所搭建的，不是人所搭建的。

耶和华啊，谁能居住在你的帐篷中呢？谁能安居在你的圣山上呢？

因为有预备好的会幕：第一间里有灯台、桌子和陈设饼，这叫做圣所；会幕第二层幔子后面，叫做至圣所，

我又听见有大声音从宝座上传来，说：“看哪，神的居所在人间，神将要与人一同居住。他们将要做他的子民，神将要亲自与他们同在，做他们的神。

彼得对耶稣说：“主啊，我们在这里真好！如果你愿意，我就在这里搭三座帐幕，一座为你，一座为摩西，一座为以利亚。”

我们知道，当我们属地的家——这帐篷被拆毁的时候，我们就有从神而来的殿宇，不是人手所造的，而是在天上的永恒的家。
