君欲錫土於子、必取畿輔予之、勿逐民出其業、免我民失業而星散、○

君王欲以土賜子、必取畿輔之地、勿強奪民業、逐民出邑、使星散於四方、

君不可虐取民業、佔據民地、必以己地賜子為業、免我民各失其業而散、○

The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

这地在以色列中必归王为业。我所立的王必不再欺压我的民，却要按支派将地分给以色列家。

其中的首领仿佛豺狼抓撕掠物，杀人流血，伤害人命，要得不义之财。

你要对他说：‘耶和华如此说：你杀了人，又得他的产业吗？’又要对他说：‘耶和华如此说：狗在何处舔拿伯的血，也必在何处舔你的血。’”

我说：雅各的首领，以色列家的官长啊，你们要听！你们不当知道公平吗？你们恶善好恶，从人身上剥皮，从人骨头上剔肉，吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打折他们的骨头，分成块子像要下锅，又像釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐；行审判不凭眼见，断是非也不凭耳闻；却要以公义审判贫穷人，以正直判断世上的谦卑人，以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

所以经上说：“他升上高天的时候，掳掠了仇敌，将各样的恩赐赏给人。”

看哪，必有一王凭公义行政；必有首领藉公平掌权。必有一人像避风所和避暴雨的隐密处，又像河流在干旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。

于是，他按心中的纯正牧养他们，用手中的巧妙引导他们。

当犹大王约坦、亚哈斯、希西家在位的时候，摩利沙人弥迦得耶和华的默示，论撒玛利亚和耶路撒冷。万民哪，你们都要听！地和其上所有的，也都要侧耳而听！主耶和华从他的圣殿要见证你们的不是。

耶和华说：“日子将到，我要给大卫兴起一个公义的苗裔；他必掌王权，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公义。在他的日子，犹大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必称为‘耶和华我们的义’。”

你已经升上高天，掳掠仇敌；你在人间，就是在悖逆的人间，受了供献，叫耶和华神可以与他们同住。

祸哉，那些在床上图谋罪孽、造作奸恶的！天一发亮，因手有能力就行出来了。他们贪图田地就占据，贪图房屋便夺取；他们欺压人，霸占房屋和产业。

你们吃脂油、穿羊毛、宰肥壮的，却不牧养群羊。瘦弱的，你们没有养壮；有病的，你们没有医治；受伤的，你们没有缠裹；被逐的，你们没有领回；失丧的，你们没有寻找；但用强暴严严地辖制。因无牧人，羊就分散；既分散，便作了一切野兽的食物。我的羊在诸山间、在各高冈上流离，在全地上分散，无人去寻，无人去找。

因为你们用胁用肩拥挤一切瘦弱的，又用角抵触，以致使它们四散。

他要按公义审判你的民，按公平审判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公义使民得享平安。他必为民中的困苦人伸冤，拯救穷乏之辈，压碎那欺压人的。

我又赐给他们永生；他们永不灭亡，谁也不能从我手里把他们夺去。
