上帝所造的一切都是美好的，若以感恩的心去领受，就无需任何禁忌，

耶和华啊，你的创造多么繁多！你用智慧造了这一切，大地充满了你创造的万物。

诸天述说上帝的荣耀，穹苍传扬祂的作为。它们日复一日地诉说，夜复一夜地宣扬，

祸福岂不都出自至高者的口吗？

愿耶和华的荣耀存到永远！愿耶和华因自己的创造而欢欣！

因为耶和华用六天造了天、地、海和其中的万物，第七天便休息了，所以耶和华赐福这日，把它定为圣日。

当时晨星齐声歌唱，众天使都发出欢呼。

第七天，上帝完成了祂的创造之工，就在第七天歇了一切的工。
