God made the expanse, and divided the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse; and it was so.

神就造出空气，将空气以下的水、空气以上的水分开了。事就这样成了。

So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so.

And that’s exactly what happened. God made the huge space between the waters. He separated the water under the space from the water above it.

And God made the expanse and separated the waters that were under the expanse from the waters that were above the expanse. And it was so.

And that is what happened. God made this space to separate the waters of the earth from the waters of the heavens.

and let them be for lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth;” and it was so.

If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves on the earth; and if a tree falls toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there shall it be.

God said,“ Let the earth produce living creatures after their kind, livestock, creeping things, and animals of the earth after their kind;” and it was so.

“ Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it broke out of the womb,when I made clouds its garment, and wrapped it in thick darkness,marked out for it my bound, set bars and doors,and said,‘ You may come here, but no further. Your proud waves shall be stopped here?’

He sends springs into the valleys. They run among the mountains.
