所以你们应当先寻求神的国和神的义，这一切都将加给你们了。

出于你父亲的神，因他帮助你。全能者必把天上来的福、地下深渊蕴藏着的福、哺乳和生育的福，都赐给你。

因为操练身体，益处还少；但是敬神，对一切的事都有益处，有今生和来生的应许。
