When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the steward of his house,“ Take these men to my house, slaughter an animal and prepare a meal; they are to eat with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he spoke to the manager of his house.“ Take these men to my house,” he said.“ Kill an animal and prepare a meal. I want them to eat with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the steward of his house,“ Bring the men into the house, and slaughter an animal and make ready, for the men are to dine with me at noon.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to the manager of his household,“ These men will eat with me this noon. Take them inside the palace. Then go slaughter an animal, and prepare a big feast.”

When Joseph saw Benjamin with them, he said to his steward,“ Take the men to my house. Slaughter an animal and prepare it, for they will eat with me at noon.”

约瑟吩咐家宰说：“把粮食装满这些人的口袋，尽着他们的驴所能驮的，又把各人的银子放在各人的口袋里，

他们就挨近约瑟的家宰，在屋门口和他说话，

以撒就为他们设摆筵席，他们便吃了喝了。

宰杀牲畜，调和旨酒，设摆筵席；

又在山上献祭，请众弟兄来吃饭。他们吃了饭，便在山上住宿。

我岂可将饮食和为我剪羊毛人所宰的肉给我不知道从哪里来的人呢？”

约瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩，伺候他主人，并且主人派他管理家务，把一切所有的都交在他手里。自从主人派约瑟管理家务和他一切所有的，耶和华就因约瑟的缘故赐福与那埃及人的家；凡家里和田间一切所有的都蒙耶和华赐福。

亚伯拉罕对管理他全业最老的仆人说：“请你把手放在我大腿底下。我要叫你指着耶和华天地的主起誓，不要为我儿子娶这迦南地中的女子为妻。你要往我本地本族去，为我的儿子以撒娶一个妻子。”仆人对他说：“倘若女子不肯跟我到这地方来，我必须将你的儿子带回你原出之地吗？”亚伯拉罕对他说：“你要谨慎，不要带我的儿子回那里去。耶和华天上的主曾带领我离开父家和本族的地，对我说话，向我起誓说：‘我要将这地赐给你的后裔。’他必差遣使者在你面前，你就可以从那里为我儿子娶一个妻子。倘若女子不肯跟你来，我使你起的誓就与你无干了，只是不可带我的儿子回那里去。”仆人就把手放在他主人亚伯拉罕的大腿底下，为这事向他起誓。那仆人从他主人的骆驼里取了十匹骆驼，并带些他主人各样的财物，起身往美索不达米亚去，到了拿鹤的城。

亚伯兰说：“主耶和华啊，我既无子，你还赐我什么呢？并且要承受我家业的是大马士革人以利以谢。”

他们出城走了不远，约瑟对家宰说：“起来，追那些人去，追上了就对他们说：‘你们为什么以恶报善呢？

孩子渐长，就断了奶。以撒断奶的日子，亚伯拉罕设摆丰盛的筵席。
