On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.

But I will establish my covenant with you. You shall come into the ship, you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you.

Children were also born to Shem( the elder brother of Japheth), the father of all the children of Eber.

The sons of Noah who went out from the ship were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Ham is the father of Canaan.These three were the sons of Noah, and from these the whole earth was populated.

By faith, Noah, being warned about things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared a ship for the saving of his house, through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

who before were disobedient, when God waited patiently in the days of Noah, while the ship was being built. In it, few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

He began to be a mighty one in the earth.Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,Pathrusim, Casluhim( where the Philistines came from), and Caphtorim.Canaan became the father of Sidon his firstborn, Heth,the Jebusite, and the Amorite, the Girgashite,the Hivite, the Arkite, the Sinite,the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether, and Meshech.Arpachshad became the father of Shelah, and Shelah became the father of Eber.To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,Ebal, Abimael, Sheba,Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,Eber, Peleg, Reu,Serug, Nahor, Terah,Abram( also called Abraham).The sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.

The sons of Ham were: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

Noah went into the ship with his sons, his wife, and his sons’ wives, because of the floodwaters.Clean animals, unclean animals, birds, and everything that creeps on the groundwent by pairs to Noah into the ship, male and female, as God commanded Noah.
