這樣我會記得我與你們及一切生靈所立的約，水就不會再氾濫淹滅所有生靈。

我便记念我与你们和各样有血肉的活物所立的约，水就再不泛滥、毁坏一切有血肉的物了。

我就记念我与你们，以及各样有血肉的生物所立的约：不再有洪水泛滥去毁灭一切有血肉的了。

这样我会记得我与你们及一切生灵所立的约，水就不会再泛滥淹灭所有生灵。

我則念我與爾眾、及凡有血氣之生物、所立之約、不復以洪水滅眾生、

於時我必念我與爾眾、及諸生物所立之約、嗣後必無洪水、翦滅眾生。

我則憶我與爾眾、及與各類有血氣之生物、所立之約、嗣後不復有洪水、以滅凡有血氣者、

I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

Then I will remember my covenant between me and you and every kind of living creature. The waters will never again become a flood to destroy all life.

所以你們要知道，你們的上帝耶和華是真神，是信實的真神，祂向愛祂、遵守祂誡命的人守約、施慈愛直到千代。

然而，我顧念在你幼年時與你所立的約，我要與你立一個永遠的約。

禱告說：「以色列的上帝耶和華啊，天上地下沒有神明可以與你相比！你向盡心遵行你旨意的僕人守約，施慈愛。

我盛怒之下暫時掩面不理你，但我要以永遠不變的慈愛憐憫你。這是你的救贖主耶和華說的。「這就像挪亞的時代，我怎樣起誓不讓挪亞時代的洪水再淹沒大地，我也照樣起誓不再向你發怒，也不再斥責你。大山可以挪開，小山可以遷移，但我的慈愛必不離開你，我平安的約也不會更改。這是憐憫你的耶和華說的。

祂沒有忘記與他們立的約，因祂偉大無比的愛而憐憫他們。

我便履行我與亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各所立的約，眷顧那片土地。土地被他們離棄，荒無人煙，得享安息。他們卻要因拒絕遵守我的典章、厭棄我的律例而飽受懲罰。然而，他們流落敵國的時候，我不會棄絕他們，不會因厭惡而毀滅他們，也不會違背我與他們所立的約。我是他們的上帝耶和華。我必為他們的緣故履行我與他們祖先所立的約。我曾在列國面前帶領他們的祖先離開埃及，為要做他們的上帝。我是耶和華。」

祂憐憫我們的祖先，持守自己的聖約，

為了你的尊名，求你不要厭惡我們，不要讓你榮耀的寶座蒙羞。求你顧念你與我們立的約，不要廢除它。

「因此，我們的上帝啊，你是偉大、全能、可畏、守約、施慈愛的上帝，求你不要輕看我們的王、首領、祭司、先知、祖先和你的子民從亞述諸王時代直到今天所受的苦難。

然後將鑲著金框的寶石縫在以弗得的兩條肩帶上，作以色列人的紀念石。亞倫要把他們的名字放在肩上，在耶和華面前作紀念。
