流你們的血、害你們生命的，我必向他們追償；無論是走獸或人類，甚至各人自己的兄弟，我必要他償命。

流你们血、害你们命的，无论是兽是人，我必讨他的罪，就是向各人的弟兄也是如此。

流你们血、害你们命的，我必向他追讨；我要向一切走兽追讨，向人和向人的弟兄追讨人命。

至于你们的生命之血，我必为你们追讨：我要向野兽追讨，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追讨人命。

凡是殺人害命的，無論人或獸，我必向他們追討血債。凡殺人的，我必追討他的血債。

實在的，流你們的血、流你們性命之血的罪，我總要討罰的；我要向各樣走獸討罰：向人的手、向每一個人兄弟的手、討罰那害人性命的罪。

至於你們的生命之血，我必為你們追討：我要向野獸追討，我也要向人，甚至向各人的兄弟追討人命。

有流爾血、害爾命者、或獸或人、我必討之、凡害人命者、我必討之、

或獸傷人、或人相殺、凡流血殞命、殘害兄弟者、我必伸其冤。

有害爾命流爾血者、或獸或人、我必討其罪、人與人為兄弟、人若害人命、我必討其罪、

And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being.

I will certainly hold someone accountable if you are murdered. I will even hold animals accountable if they kill you. I will also hold anyone accountable who murders another person.

And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man.

“ And I will require the blood of anyone who takes another person’s life. If a wild animal kills a person, it must die. And anyone who murders a fellow human must die.

And I will require a penalty for your lifeblood; I will require it from any animal and from any human; if someone murders a fellow human, I will require that person’s life.

I certainly will require your lifeblood; from every animal I will require it. And from every person, from every man as his brother I will require the life of a person.

Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man’s brother I will require the life of man.

And surely your blood, the blood of your lives, will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, will I require the life of man.

I will require the life of every animal and every man for your life and your blood. I will require the life of each man’s brother for a man’s life.

And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.

For your lifeblood I will surely exact punishment, from every living creature I will exact punishment. From each person I will exact punishment for the life of the individual since the man was his relative.

I will surely require accounting for your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.

“如果牛觸了男人或女人，以致死亡，那牛必須用石頭打死，只是不可吃牛的肉；牛的主人卻不必受刑罰。如果那牛以前常常觸人，牛主也曾經受過警告，他仍然不把牛拴好，以致觸死了男人或是女人，就要用石頭把那牛打死，牛主也必要處死。

耶和華問該隱：“你的弟弟亞伯在哪裡？”他回答：“我不知道；難道我是看守我弟弟的嗎？”耶和華說：“你作了甚麼事呢？你弟弟的血有聲音從地裡向我呼叫。

“打人以致把人打死的，必要把那人處死。

所以，從義人亞伯的血起，到巴拉加的兒子撒迦利亞的血為止，他就是你們在聖所和祭壇中間所殺的，所有義人在地上所流的血，都要歸在你們身上。

你不可在你的族人中，到處搬弄是非，也不可危害你的鄰舍（“危害你的鄰舍”直譯是“站在你鄰舍的血上”）；我是耶和華。

因為那追討流人血的罪的，他記念受苦的人，他沒有忘記他們的哀求。

犯了死罪，故意殺人的，你們不可收取贖價代他贖命，因為他必被處死。逃到避難城的人，你們也不可收取他的贖價，使他在大祭司未死以前回到本地居住。這樣，你們就沒有玷污你們所在之地，因為血能玷污地；在地上如果有流人血的，除非流那故意殺人者的血，那地的血就不能得贖。

“不可殺人。

“在耶和華你的神賜給你作產業的地上，如果發現有被殺的人，倒臥在田野，又不知道是誰殺死他的，這樣，你的長老和審判官就要出去，量一下從被殺的人那裡到四周城市的距離。看看哪一座城離那被殺的人最近，那城的長老就要從牛群中取一隻母牛犢，就是還沒有耕過地、沒有負過軛的。那城的長老要把母牛犢牽下去，到一個有活水長流的山谷，就是未曾耕種過、未曾撒過種的地方，在那裡要打折母牛犢的頸項。利未支派的祭司的子孫要上前來，因為耶和華你的神揀選了他們事奉他，奉耶和華的名祝福。一切爭訟和一切毆打的事，都要憑他們的話決定。那城所有的長老，就是離那被殺的人最近的，都要在山谷中，在被折斷頸項的母牛犢以上洗手。他們要聲明，說：‘我們的手未曾流過這人的血，我們的眼也未曾看見這事。耶和華啊，求你赦免你的子民以色列，就是你救贖的，不要使流無辜人的血的罪歸在你的子民以色列中間。’這樣，他們流人血的罪就得到赦免了。如果你行耶和華看為正的事，就可以從你中間除掉流無辜人的血的罪了。

他從一個本源造出了萬族來，使他們住在整個大地上，並且定了他們的期限和居住的疆界，
