And every priest indeed standeth day by day ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, the which can never take away sins:

凡祭司日立而奉事、屢獻一式之祭、究不能除罪也、

凡祭司日立服事、屢獻其祭、而不能免人罪、

凡祭司、每日立而崇事、屢獻一式之祭、此祭永不能除罪、

一般司祭、雖朝朝束身奉事、而供獻千遍一律之祭祀、終不能脫吾人於罪累也。

Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.

Every priest indeed stands day by day serving and often offering the same sacrifices which can never take away sins,

For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.

For every high priest, being taken from among men, is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins:

And thou shalt say unto them, This is the offering made by fire which ye shall offer unto Jehovah: he- lambs a year old without blemish, two day by day, for a continual burnt- offering.

For the law having a shadow of the good things to come, not the very image of the things, can never with the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect them that draw nigh.

And forces shall stand on his part, and they shall profane the sanctuary, even the fortress, and shall take away the continual burnt- offering, and they shall set up the abomination that maketh desolate.

What unto me is the multitude of your sacrifices? saith Jehovah: I have had enough of the burnt- offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he- goats.

Now this is that which thou shalt offer upon the altar: two lambs a year old day by day continually.The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even:

It is a holy portion of the land; it shall be for the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, that come near to minister unto Jehovah; and it shall be a place for their houses, and a holy place for the sanctuary.

After this manner ye shall offer daily, for seven days, the food of the offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah: it shall be offered besides the continual burnt- offering, and the drink- offering thereof.

who needeth not daily, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people: for this he did once for all, when he offered up himself.

according to the custom of the priest’s office, his lot was to enter into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the hour of incense.

And from the time that the continual burnt- offering shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

yea, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

besides the burnt- offering of the new moon, and the meal- offering thereof, and the continual burnt- offering and the meal- offering thereof, and their drink- offerings, according unto their ordinance, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

Yea, it magnified itself, even to the prince of the host; and it took away from him the continual burnt- offering, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
