In that day, Yahweh with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan, the fleeing serpent, and leviathan the twisted serpent; and he will kill the dragon that is in the sea.

到那日，耶和华必用祂无坚不摧的利剑惩罚巨龙——那飞快、曲行的蛇。祂必杀死那海中的怪物。

到那日，耶和华要施用他锐利、巨大和有力的刀，惩罚鳄鱼，就是那快行的蛇；惩罚鳄鱼，就是那曲行的蛇；并且要杀海中的大龙。

到那日，耶和华必用他严酷、巨大、有力的刀，惩罚利维亚坦，就是那逃窜的蛇；惩罚利维亚坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；并且杀死海中的巨兽。

到那日，耶和華必用他剛硬有力的大刀刑罰鱷魚－就是那快行的蛇，刑罰鱷魚－就是那曲行的蛇，並殺海中的大魚。

到那日，耶和華必用祂無堅不摧的利劍懲罰巨龍——那飛快、曲行的蛇。祂必殺死那海中的怪物。

到那日，耶和華要施用他銳利、巨大和有力的刀，懲罰鱷魚，就是那快行的蛇；懲罰鱷魚，就是那曲行的蛇；並且要殺海中的大龍。

當那日子、永恆主必用他剛硬巨大有力的刀來察罰飛奔蛇鱷魚，察罰曲行蛇鱷魚，並殺那在海中的大獸。

到那日，耶和華必用他嚴酷、巨大、有力的刀，懲罰利維亞坦，就是那逃竄的蛇；懲罰利維亞坦，就是那蜷曲的蛇；並且殺死海中的巨獸。

是日也、耶和華以其堅剛且鉅之刃、罰彼鱷魚、即滑汰之蛇、罰彼鱷魚、即蟠屈之蛇、並戮海中之龍焉、○

爰有敵人、若海中之鱷魚、其體雄偉、其行迅速、盤曲若蛇、當斯時也、耶和華將持巨刃、堅利無儔、以剪斯敵。

當是日主將以堅利巨刃、殺利未雅坦急趨之蛇、殺利未雅坦盤曲之蛇、並殺海中之龍、

In that day, the Lord will punish with his sword— his fierce, great and powerful sword— Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea.

At that time the Lord will punish Leviathan with his sword. His great, powerful and deadly sword will punish the serpent that glides through the sea. He will kill that twisting sea monster.

In that day the Lord with his hard and great and strong sword will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan the twisting serpent, and he will slay the dragon that is in the sea.

In that day the Lord will take his terrible, swift sword and punish Leviathan, the swiftly moving serpent, the coiling, writhing serpent. He will kill the dragon of the sea.

On that day the LORD with his relentless, large, strong sword will bring judgment on Leviathan, the fleeing serpent— Leviathan, the twisting serpent. He will slay the monster that is in the sea.

On that day the Lord will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, With His fierce and great and mighty sword, Even Leviathan the twisted serpent; And He will kill the dragon who lives in the sea.

In that day the Lord with His severe sword, great and strong, Will punish Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan that twisted serpent; And He will slay the reptile that is in the sea.

In that day Jehovah with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan the swift serpent, and leviathan the crooked serpent; and he will slay the monster that is in the sea.

On that day the Lord with His harsh, great, and strong sword, will bring judgment on Leviathan, the fleeing serpent— Leviathan, the twisting serpent. He will slay the monster that is in the sea.

In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that[ is] in the sea.

At that time the LORD will punish with his destructive, great, and powerful sword Leviathan the fast-moving serpent, Leviathan the squirming serpent; he will kill the sea monster.

For Yahweh will execute judgment by fire and by his sword on all flesh; and those slain by Yahweh will be many.

Awake, awake, put on strength, arm of Yahweh! Awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Isn’t it you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the monster?

Speak and say,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lies in the middle of his rivers, that has said,‘ My river is my own, and I have made it for myself.’

Another sign was seen in heaven. Behold, a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns.His tail drew one third of the stars of the sky, and threw them to the earth. The dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth he might devour her child.She gave birth to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron. Her child was caught up to God, and to his throne.The woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that there they may nourish her one thousand two hundred sixty days.There was war in the sky. Michael and his angels made war on the dragon. The dragon and his angels made war.They didn’t prevail. No place was found for them any more in heaven.The great dragon was thrown down, the old serpent, he who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying,“ Now the salvation, the power, and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ has come; for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them before our God day and night.They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death.Therefore rejoice, heavens, and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and to the sea, because the devil has gone down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has but a short time.”When the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child.Two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, so that she might be nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.The serpent spewed water out of his mouth after the woman like a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream.The earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon spewed out of his mouth.The dragon grew angry with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep God’s commandments and hold Jesus’ testimony.Then I stood on the sand of the sea. I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads. On his horns were ten crowns, and on his heads, blasphemous names.The beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority.

There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.

By his Spirit the heavens are garnished. His hand has pierced the swift serpent.

You divided the sea by your strength. You broke the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces. You gave him as food to people and desert creatures.

He seized the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years,

The wolf and the lamb will feed together. The lion will eat straw like the ox. Dust will be the serpent’s food. They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,” says Yahweh.

Repent therefore, or else I am coming to you quickly, and I will make war against them with the sword of my mouth.

For, behold, Yahweh comes out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth also will disclose her blood, and will no longer cover her slain.

Let them curse it who curse the day, who are ready to rouse up leviathan.

Then Job answered,“ No doubt, but you are the people, and wisdom will die with you.But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you. Yes, who doesn’t know such things as these?I am like one who is a joke to his neighbor, I, who called on God, and he answered. The just, the blameless man is a joke.In the thought of him who is at ease there is contempt for misfortune. It is ready for them whose foot slips.The tents of robbers prosper. Those who provoke God are secure, who carry their god in their hands.“ But ask the animals, now, and they will teach you; the birds of the sky, and they will tell you.Or speak to the earth, and it will teach you. The fish of the sea will declare to you.Who doesn’t know that in all these, Yahweh’s hand has done this,in whose hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind?Doesn’t the ear try words, even as the palate tastes its food?With aged men is wisdom, in length of days understanding.“ With God is wisdom and might. He has counsel and understanding.Behold, he breaks down, and it can’t be built again. He imprisons a man, and there can be no release.Behold, he withholds the waters, and they dry up. Again, he sends them out, and they overturn the earth.With him is strength and wisdom. The deceived and the deceiver are his.He leads counselors away stripped. He makes judges fools.He loosens the bond of kings. He binds their waist with a belt.He leads priests away stripped, and overthrows the mighty.He removes the speech of those who are trusted, and takes away the understanding of the elders.He pours contempt on princes, and loosens the belt of the strong.He uncovers deep things out of darkness, and brings out to light the shadow of death.He increases the nations, and he destroys them. He enlarges the nations, and he leads them captive.He takes away understanding from the chiefs of the people of the earth, and causes them to wander in a wilderness where there is no way.They grope in the dark without light. He makes them stagger like a drunken man.

‘ Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and tell him,“ You were likened to a young lion of the nations; yet you are as a monster in the seas. You broke out with your rivers, and troubled the waters with your feet, and fouled their rivers.”The Lord Yahweh says:“ I will spread out my net on you with a company of many peoples; and they will bring you up in my net.I will leave you on the land. I will cast you out on the open field, and will cause all the birds of the sky to settle on you. I will satisfy the animals of the whole earth with you.I will lay your flesh on the mountains, and fill the valleys with your height.

if I sharpen my glittering sword, my hand grasps it in judgment; I will take vengeance on my adversaries, and will repay those who hate me.I will make my arrows drunk with blood. My sword shall devour flesh with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the head of the leaders of the enemy.”

Strap your sword on your thigh, mighty one: your splendor and your majesty.

I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke like a dragon.

They worshiped the dragon, because he gave his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying,“ Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”

He said to me,“ The waters which you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.

For my sword has drunk its fill in the sky. Behold, it will come down on Edom, and on the people of my curse, for judgment.Yahweh’s sword is filled with blood. It is covered with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Yahweh has a sacrifice in Bozrah, And a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

The rest were killed with the sword of him who sat on the horse, the sword which came out of his mouth. All the birds were filled with their flesh.

One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying,“ Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters,

You who dwell on many waters, abundant in treasures, your end has come, the measure of your covetousness.

“‘ You sword of Yahweh, how long will it be before you are quiet? Put yourself back into your scabbard; rest, and be still.’

I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, something like frogs;

He is the chief of the ways of God. He who made him gives him his sword.

“ Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon has devoured me. He has crushed me. He has made me an empty vessel. He has, like a monster, swallowed me up. He has filled his mouth with my delicacies. He has cast me out.
