故彼眾若朝雲、若露立見消散、若禾場之糠、為颶風飄揚、若煙騰於牖外、

耶和華曰、宜錄斯人無嗣、畢生不獲亨通、其裔無有利達、坐大衛之位、而治猶大也、

耶和華將見於其上、發矢如閃電、主耶和華吹角、御南方之旋風而行、

耶和華論敵、發命曰、以爾名而稱者、不復繼傳、雕鑄之像、我將滅於爾神之室、爾乃卑陋、我為爾造墓矣、

草枯花凋、蓋耶和華以氣噓之、斯民誠如草也、

我將以旋風、散之於素所不識之邦、厥後其地成為荒蕪、無人來往、致可悅之地荒寂焉、

凡在耶斯列、亞哈家所遺者、及其大臣、密友祭司、耶戶盡殺之、靡有孑遺、

因耶和華叱咤、鼻息之發、海底見而地基露兮、

彼於昆弟中雖結實、而東風將來、即耶和華之風起自原野、使其源竭泉涸、掠其所藏之寶器、

爾望多而得少、攜之而歸、我則噓之、萬軍之耶和華曰、此何故耶、因我室荒涼、爾各亟於己室也、

其根槁於下、其枝翦於上、其誌必沒於寰宇、其名不傳於街衢、將被驅逐、自光入暗、屏之出於世界、在其民中、無子無孫、於其居所、靡有孑遺、

荊棘為薪、其釜未熱、青者、焦者、俱為旋風吹去兮、

彼不得出幽暗、火灼其枝、必亡於上帝之噓氣、彼勿恃虛偽以自欺、蓋虛偽必為其報、未及時而已成、其枝不得復青、如葡萄果、未稔而先落、如橄欖花、既開而即謝、

秉公義以鞫貧乏者、持中正以擬世之謙卑者、以口杖擊斯土、以脣氣殺惡人、

耶和華之怒已發、有若暴風旋風、擊彼惡人之首、

彼若飄於風前之草芥、狂飇吹散之粃糠、何嘗有是事哉、

爾之恐惶、如狂風之來、爾之患難、如颶風之至、罹憂傷、遇窘苦、

緣先人之愆、備戮厥子孫、免其興起而據地、建邑於普世、萬軍之耶和華曰、我將起而攻之、滅絕巴比倫之名、與其遺民、及其子孫、耶和華言之矣、

上帝吹噓、彼則喪亡、上帝震怒、彼則消滅、

我將以靈置於其衷、俾其聞風、而歸故土、在彼使仆於刃、○

栽培之時、藩之以籬、侵晨使華、惟於憂深痛極之日、其果云亡、○

蓋陀斐特設自古昔、為王而備、深之廣之、積多薪、蓄以火、耶和華之氣、若硫磺之流而燃之、
