凡瞻望主、尋求主者、主施之以恩、安靜以望主拯救、斯方為善、

使我口飽餐美食、使我如鷹老而復少、

我若不信在生命地得見主恩、則必絕望、爾當放膽仰望主、主必堅固爾心、爾當仰望主、

主謂我曰、我賜爾之恩足矣、蓋我之能、益顯於人之弱、故我欣然、寧誇我之弱、使基督之能庇我、是以我為基督、以荏弱、凌辱、患難、窘逐、困苦為樂、蓋我弱時反強矣、

既有若此為證者、如雲之多、圍繞我儕、則當解諸重負、及易纏我之罪、以恆忍、趨我前當趨之場、

我儕行善勿倦、若不懈怠、屆期必穫矣、

若所望尚未得、則忍以待之、

斯人愈行、其力愈增、終至郇山朝覲天主、

雖然、主仍俟焉、欲賜恩於爾、勃然而興、矜憐爾、蓋主乃施仁行義之天主、凡仰望主者、即為有福、

我諸事諸事或作隨在遇患難而不窮迫、遇顛沛而不失望、遇窘逐而不見棄、被傾仆而不致亡、我身常冒死如主耶穌、原文作我身常負主耶穌之死使耶穌之生亦顯在我身、

耶穌又設喻、謂人當恆祈禱而不倦、

爾當仰望主、遵守主之道、主必使爾高升而得地為業、親眼得見惡人滅絕、

當是日人將曰、此乃我之天主、素望其救我、此乃我素所望之主、當因其救恩欣喜歡樂、

我呼籲主之時、主應允我、使我心堅、放膽無懼、

我所行於伊及人、我如何負爾、如鷹負雛於翼、導爾歸我、為爾所睹、

一切仰望主者必不羞愧、惟無故背叛主者必羞愧、

使我踐行主之真理、又訓誨我、因主乃救我之天主、我終日惟仰望主、

兄弟、我不欲爾不知、我在亞西亞遭難、被迫特甚、勢不可當、致絕保生命之望、自擬必死、致我不恃己、惟恃使死者復活之天主、天主曾救我脫如此之危亡、今仍救我、且望其嗣後復救我、

然善人仍持善道、手潔者增力不倦、

彼忍惡人如此之橫逆、爾當思之、免爾疲倦喪膽、

我目仰望主我之天主、俟主憐憫我儕、如僕之目望主人之手、如婢之目望主母之手、

我嘗切切盼望主、主為我側耳俯聽我之懇求、

誠實與正直足以保護我、因我惟仰望主、

我耶和華使斯民倚我而增力、一舉一動、恆奉我名、此乃主所言、

我儕既蒙主恩、而受此職、故心不怯、

今主雖掩面不顧雅各家、我仍伺候主、仰望主、

爾忍受患難、為我之名、勞而不倦、

參孫籲主曰、求主我天主垂念我、堅壯我、堅壯我或作賜我以力惟此一次、使我一報非利士人抉我兩目之仇、

俟其子自天降臨、即天主所使由死復活之耶穌、拯我儕免於將來之怒者也、

天主則矜憫其人曰、可援之、免其入墓、我已得以贖之者、其體豐腴、勝於幼年、必返老還童、若祈禱天主、蒙天主悅納、使其歡然得覲天主面、天主必按人之義以報之、

植於主之殿前、興發於我天主之院內、

讚美主、歌頌至上主之名、

其一活物似獅、其二似犢、其三有貌如人、其四似飛鷹、

自野而來、倚其良人者誰乎、我在蘋果樹下、始感爾、爾母劬勞生爾原在彼、生爾之母在彼產育爾、
