I,[ even] I,[ am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

「我，是我為自己的緣故，除去你的過犯，忘掉你的罪惡。

“唯有我為自己的緣故，塗抹你的過犯，我也不再記念你的罪。

『我，我獨一無二的那位，那為我自己的緣故塗抹了你的過犯的，我的罪我也不再記起了。

「我，是我為自己的緣故，抹掉你的過犯，不會記念你的罪惡。

惟我為己之故、塗抹爾愆、不念爾罪、

我塗抹爾罪、不錄爾愆、以彰我榮。

惟我、惟我為己榮塗抹爾之愆尤、不念爾之罪惡、

“ I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.

“ I am the one who wipes out your lawless acts. I do it because of who I am. I will not remember your sins anymore.

“ I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins.

“ I— yes, I alone— will blot out your sins for my own sake and will never think of them again.

“ I am the one, I sweep away your transgressions for my own sake and remember your sins no more.

“ I, I alone, am the one who wipes out your wrongdoings for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.

“ I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins.

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake; and I will not remember thy sins.

“ It is I who sweep away your transgressions for My own sake and remember your sins no more.

I, I am the one who blots out your rebellious deeds for my sake; your sins I do not remember.

I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.

For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Who[ is] a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth[ in] mercy.He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.

O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low.Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name’s sake.

Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul[ delivered it] from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

Why doth this[ man] thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?

For thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it[ is] great.

I,[ even] I,[ am] the LORD; and beside me[ there is] no saviour.

Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not[ this] for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name’s sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.

Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time[ that] thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and[ there shall be] none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.

But I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they[ were], in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt.

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

For I will defend this city to save it for mine own sake, and for my servant David’s sake.

Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight of the heathen, in whose sight I brought them forth.

Not for your sakes do I[ this], saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.

Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
