I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.

‘ I will march out ahead of you. I will make the mountains level. I will break down bronze gates. I will cut through their heavy iron bars.

“ I will go before you and level the exalted places, I will break in pieces the doors of bronze and cut through the bars of iron,

This is what the Lord says:“ I will go before you, Cyrus, and level the mountains. I will smash down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.

“ I will go before you and level the uneven places; I will shatter the bronze doors and cut the iron bars in two.

“ I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars.

‘ I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron.

萬有之主耶和華、核數軍實、使臨戰鬥、岡巒之上、國民和集、威聲遠振。耶和華赫然震怒、爰整其旅、以滅斯土、來自遠方、至從地極。耶和華為全能之主、降以大災、殲滅斯邦、其日伊邇、爾當號泣不已。爾手疲膽喪、戰慄觳觫、艱難勞苦、如婦將產、彼此相對而咨嗟、容色維頳、若炙以火。耶和華勃然震怒、其日伊邇、其勢甚烈、若火之燃、翦滅國家、掃除群醜、星辰不顯其光、日變晦冥、月隱焜耀、天下億兆、咎戾滋多、主必罰之、高者降之為卑、強者汰其驕心、使民數凋零、少於阿妃之兼金。萬有之主耶和華忿怒殊烈、震動天地、人將逃遁、若被逐之鹿、無牧之羊、咸歸厥所、以避其害、其尚留邑中者、則必被殺、遁逃於外者、必亡於刃、擲嬰孩於石、使彼目擊、室中之貨財見虜、妻孥被玷。主使米太人擊爾、雖饋以金銀、彼不納焉、

斯時、門徒集者、百有二十人、彼得立於中、曰、
