「諸天哪，從上面降下公義！願雲朵傾下公義；願大地開裂，救恩結出果實，使公義一同發芽！是我耶和華造了這一切。」

諸天啊！你們要從上滴下公義，讓雲層降下公義。讓大地裂開，生出救恩，使公義一同生長，是我耶和華創造了這事。

『諸天哪，從上頭滴落哦！願雲霄溜下義氣；願大地裂開，產出救恩，使義氣一併發生；我永恆主已創造了這事了。

諸天其降雨澤、穹蒼其沛公義、輿地坼裂、以萌拯救、而產公義、乃我耶和華所為、○

天降仁義、地產福祉、俱必萌芽、我耶和華使之然。

“ You heavens above, rain down my righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness flourish with it; I, the Lord, have created it.

大地怎樣使幼苗長出，園林怎樣使所種下的發芽，照樣，主耶和華也必使公義和讚美在萬國面前發出。

他的救恩必然在敬畏他的人身邊，好使榮耀居留在我們的地上。慈愛和信實彼此相遇，公義和平安互相親吻。信實從地上生出，公義從天上俯瞰。耶和華必賜下福份，我們的地必有出產。

他必降臨，如同雨水降在割過的草地上，又如細雨滋潤大地。

那時，你的民全是義人，他們永遠繼承地土；他們是我栽種的枝子，是我手的作為，為要顯出我的榮耀。

我栽種了，阿波羅澆灌了，然而使之生長的還是神。所以，除了使之生長的神，那栽種的和那澆灌的都算不得什麼。栽種的和澆灌的都一樣，只是將來每個人要照著自己的勞苦得自己的報償。實際上，我們是神的同工；你們是神的田地，是神的建築物。

因為我要用水澆灌乾渴之處，用河流澆灌乾旱之地；我要把我的靈澆灌在你的後裔身上，把我的祝福澆灌在你的子孫身上。

願群山和岡陵藉著公義為百姓帶來平安；

從耶西的樹墩必發出一個嫩芽，從他的根而出的枝子必結果實。

到那日，耶和華的苗裔必華美榮耀，那地的果實必成為以色列幸存者的誇耀和光榮。

他在耶和華面前如嫩芽生長，又像根出於乾旱之地；他沒有佳形、威榮，可以讓我們仰視他；也沒有美貌，可以讓我們仰慕他。

其實，我們從前也是無知、悖逆、被迷惑的，做各種欲望和享樂的奴僕，活在惡毒和嫉妒中，是可憎惡的，又彼此相恨。但是，當神我們救主的仁慈和他對人的愛顯明的時候，他拯救了我們；這不是本於我們所做的義行，而是照著他的憐憫，藉著重生的洗滌和聖靈的更新。神藉著我們的救主耶穌基督，將聖靈豐豐富富地傾注在我們身上，

「看哪！我要創造一個新天新地，先前的事不再被記念，也不再被想起；你們要因我所創造的而歡喜快樂，直到永遠。看哪！我要創造耶路撒冷作為歡樂之源，創造她的民作為喜樂之泉。

等到聖靈從高處傾注在我們身上，曠野就要變為果園，而果園要被看為果林。

他被高舉在神的右邊，從父領受了所應許的聖靈，就將聖靈傾注了下來。這正是你們現在所看見所聽見的。

去供給錫安悲哀的人——賜給他們頭飾代替灰燼，喜樂的膏油代替哀慟，讚美的衣服代替沮喪的靈。這樣，他們就被稱為「公義的橡樹」，是耶和華所栽種的，為要顯出他的榮耀。

並且穿上新人；這新人是照著神的形像，在真理的公義和聖潔中被造成的。

耶和華宣告：「我所造的新天新地怎樣在我面前長存，你們的後裔和你們的名字也怎樣長存。」

實際上，我們是神的創作，是為了美善的工作在基督耶穌裡被造成的；神早已預備好了美善工作，要我們在其中行事。
