地怎样使芽长出，园子怎样使所栽种的生长，主耶和华也必照样使公义和赞美在万国中发出。

我要使他们和我山冈的四围蒙福；我也必叫时雨落下，使福如甘霖降下。

这二人有权柄关闭天空，使他们说预言的日子不下雨；又有权柄使水变为血，并且能随时随意用各样的灾害击打大地。

你眷顾地，降雨使地大大肥沃。神的河满了水；你这样浇灌了地，好为人预备五谷。你浇透地的犁沟，润泽犁脊，降甘霖，使地松软；其中生长的，蒙你赐福。你以恩惠为年岁的冠冕，你的路径都滴下油脂，滴在旷野的草场上。小山以欢乐束腰，草场以羊群为衣，谷中也长满了五谷；这一切都欢呼歌唱。

他必降临，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋润田地。在他的日子，公义要兴旺，大有平安，除非月亮不在。

我必使它荒废，不再修剪，不再锄草，任荆棘蒺藜生长；我也必吩咐密云，不再降雨在其上。

大卫又再求问耶和华，耶和华回答说：“你起身下基伊拉去，我必将非利士人交在你手里。”
