Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”

Juniper trees will grow where there used to be bushes that had thorns on them. And myrtle trees will grow where there used to be thorns. That will bring me great fame. It will be a lasting reminder of what I can do. It will stand forever.”

Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress; instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall make a name for the Lord, an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the Lord’s name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love.”

这城要使我在天下万国面前得到尊崇、颂赞和荣耀。万民听见我使这城繁荣昌盛，都恐惧战栗。’”

以华冠取代锡安哀伤者头上的灰尘，以喜乐的膏油取代他们的哀伤，以颂赞的外袍取代他们的沮丧。他们将被称为耶和华所栽种的公义橡树，以彰显祂的荣耀。

因为你们有人性的软弱，我就从人的立场向你们解释。以前你们将身体献给肮脏不法的事，任其奴役，助长不法。现在你们要将身体奉献给义，为义效劳，成为圣洁的人。

他们必打听前往锡安的路，朝锡安走去。他们必凭不会被遗忘的永恒之约归附耶和华。

若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，看啊，一切都更新了。

能讲道的，要按着上帝的话去讲；能服侍人的，要本着上帝所赐的力量去服侍。这样，上帝会借着耶稣基督在一切的事上得到荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归于祂，直到永永远远。阿们！

你们岂不知道不义的人不能承受上帝的国吗？不要自欺，一切淫乱的、拜偶像的、通奸的、变态的、同性恋的、偷窃的、贪婪的、酗酒的、毁谤的、欺诈的，都不能承受上帝的国。你们当中有些以前就是这样的人，但靠着主耶稣基督的名和我们上帝的灵，你们已经被洗净，成为圣洁的义人了。

用荣耀的臂膀扶持摩西，在他们面前把海水分开，使自己威名永存的那位在哪里？

你的人民都必成为义人，永远拥有这土地。他们是我亲手栽种的树苗，以彰显我的荣耀。

“在至高之处，愿荣耀归于上帝！在地上，愿平安临到祂所喜悦的人！”

你们多结果子，证明自己是我的门徒，就会给我父带来荣耀。

我本想使以色列人和犹大人紧靠着我，就像腰带紧贴在人的腰间，让他们做我的子民，使我声名远扬、得到赞美和尊崇，他们却不肯听从。这是耶和华说的。’

那时，豺狼和绵羊羔同住，豹子和山羊羔同卧，牛犊和狮子同群，小孩子可以照看它们。牛与熊一起吃喝，小牛和小熊一起躺卧，狮子像牛一样吃草。吃奶的婴孩在毒蛇的洞口玩耍，断奶的孩子把手伸进蛇洞。在我的整个圣山上，它们都不伤人、不害物。认识耶和华的人必充满天下，就像水充满海洋一样。

他们是我为自己所造的子民，他们要颂扬我。

大山可以挪开，小山可以迁移，但我的慈爱必不离开你，我平安的约也不会更改。这是怜悯你的耶和华说的。

他们当中最好的不过是蒺藜，最正直的也不过是荆棘篱笆。你们的守望者所说的日子，就是你们受惩罚的日子已经来到。你们必惊慌失措。

我不再修剪，不再锄地，也不再降雨，任由它荒废，长满荆棘和蒺藜。”
