“所定的罪是这样的：光来到了世界，人们却因自己的行为邪恶，不喜爱光，反喜爱黑暗。事实上，所有作恶的人，都憎恨光，不来到光那里，免得自己的行为被揭露出来；

他们麻木的心封闭了，他们的口说话高傲。

而是因为耶和华用沉睡的灵浇灌你们；他封闭了你们的眼睛，就是众先知；他蒙住了你们的头，就是众先见。

耶和华啊，你为什么使我们离开你的道路迷失，使我们的心刚硬不敬畏你呢？求你为你的仆人们、你继业各支派的缘故，回心转意吧！

他们的心麻木如蒙脂油，我却以你的律法为乐。

耶和华必击打埃及，击打后又治愈。这样，埃及人就回转归向耶和华；而耶和华必应允他们的祈求，治愈他们。

对灭亡的人，我们是死亡的香气以至于死亡；对得救的人，我们是生命的香气以至于生命。对这些事，到底谁配得上呢？

所以，你们应当悔改，应当回转，使你们的罪孽被抹去，
