耶和華啊，對這些事，你還要保持克制嗎？你還要靜默，使我們極度受苦待嗎？

耶和华啊，有这些事，你还能忍受吗？你还静默，使我们大受苦难吗？

耶和华啊，你怎能坐视不理呢？你仍然保持缄默，使我们重重地受罚吗？

耶和华啊！对这些事你还忍得住吗？你仍然缄默不言，使我们受苦到极点吗？

耶和华啊，对这些事，你还要保持克制吗？你还要静默，使我们极度受苦待吗？

耶和華啊，有這些事，你還忍得住嗎？你仍靜默使我們深受苦難嗎？

耶和華啊，有這些事，你還能忍受嗎？你還靜默，使我們大受苦難嗎？

耶和華啊！對這些事你還忍得住嗎？你仍然緘默不言，使我們受苦到極點嗎？

永恆主啊，對這些事你還忍得住麼？你仍靜坐不動、使我們受苦至極麼？

耶和華歟、勢既如此、爾猶容忍乎、爾仍默然、重苦我儕乎、

耶和華與、毋遐棄予、毋扑責予、毋屯爾膏。

主歟、事有若是、主猶自忍乎、主猶緘默、使我受苦至極乎、

After all this, Lord, will you hold yourself back? Will you keep silent and punish us beyond measure?

Lord, won’t you help us even after everything that’s happened? Will you keep silent and punish us more than we can stand?

Will you restrain yourself at these things, O Lord? Will you keep silent, and afflict us so terribly?

After all this, Lord, must you still refuse to help us? Will you continue to be silent and punish us?

LORD, after all this, will you restrain yourself? Will you keep silent and afflict us severely?

Will You restrain Yourself at these things, Lord? Will You keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?

Will You restrain Yourself because of these things, O Lord? Will You hold Your peace, and afflict us very severely?

Wilt thou refrain thyself for these things, O Jehovah? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?

Lord, after all this, will You restrain Yourself? Will You keep silent and afflict severely?

Wilt thou refrain thyself for these[ things], O LORD? wilt thou hold thy peace, and afflict us very sore?

In light of all this, how can you still hold back, LORD? How can you be silent and continue to humiliate us?

Will you hold yourself back for these things, Yahweh? Will you keep silent and punish us very severely?

「我靜默不言，沉默克制，已經很久了；但現在我要大喊，像臨產的婦女那樣急促呼吸、喘氣。

神哪，敵人的辱罵要到什麼時候呢？仇敵要永久藐視你的名嗎？你為什麼把你的手、把你的右手收回去呢？求你從懷中伸出手，滅絕他們！

神哪，求你不要靜息！神哪，求你不要沉默，不要緘默！

耶和華啊，求你記住這事：仇敵辱罵你，愚頑的子民藐視你的名！不要把你斑鳩的性命交給野獸，不要永遠忘記你困苦人的生命。

於是耶和華的使者就回應說：「萬軍之耶和華啊，這七十年來你惱怒耶路撒冷和猶大各城，你不憐憫它們要到什麼時候呢？」

耶和華啊，這要到什麼時候呢？你要永久發怒嗎？你的嫉妒要像火那樣燃燒嗎？

耶和華啊，你為什麼站在遠處，在災難之時隱藏呢？

他們大聲呼喊說：「神聖、真實的主啊！你不施行審判，不為我們的血向住在地上的人討回公道，還要多久呢？」

神哪，求你使我們回轉；使你的臉發出亮光，我們就得拯救！耶和華萬軍之神哪，你因你子民的禱告而發怒，要到什麼時候呢？

耶和華啊，這要到什麼時候呢？你要永久隱藏自己嗎？你的烈怒要像烈火那樣繼續燃燒嗎？求你記念我的一生是多麼短暫，你創造的所有世人是多麼虛妄！誰能存活而不見死亡呢？誰能救自己的靈魂脫離陰間的權勢呢？細拉主啊，你先前以你的信實向大衛起誓要施行的慈愛，如今在哪裡呢？主啊，求你記住你僕人們所受的辱罵，記住我如何在懷中承受萬民的辱罵！耶和華啊，你的仇敵就是這樣羞辱了我，這樣羞辱了你受膏者的腳蹤！
