So I called in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me.

So I sent for Zechariah and Uriah the priest. Zechariah is the son of Jeberekiah. Zechariah and Uriah were witnesses for me whom I could trust.

And I will get reliable witnesses, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah, to attest for me.”

I asked Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah, both known as honest men, to witness my doing this.

I have appointed trustworthy witnesses— the priest Uriah and Zechariah son of Jeberechiah.”

And I will take to Myself faithful witnesses for testimony, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”

亞哈斯王往大馬色去迎接亞述王提革拉毘列色，看見在大馬色的祭壇；亞哈斯王就把祭壇的樣式和模形照它一切的作法、送到祭司烏利亞那裏。祭司烏利亞就把祭壇築了起來；亞哈斯王從大馬色所送來的怎麼樣，祭司烏利亞都按怎麼樣造，等候亞哈斯王從大馬色回來。

也買娶了瑪倫的妻摩押女子路得為妻，好讓死者的名得以在他的產業上立起來，免得死者的名從他族弟兄中、從他故鄉之門下、被剪除：你們今天都作見證。』在城門那裏的眾民、以及那些長老都說：『我們作見證。願永恆主使進你家的這女子像建立以色列家的拉結、利亞二人一樣；又願你在以法他大顯才德，願你的名在伯利恆得稱揚；

這是我第三次要到你們那裏去的。『各樣事實都必須憑着兩個或三個見證人親口所說以確定的。』

波阿斯又從本城的長老中揀了十個人，說：『請坐在這裏』；他們就都坐下。

他登極的時候二十五歲；他在耶路撒冷作王二十九年。他母親名叫亞比，是撒迦利雅的女兒。

亞哈斯王便吩咐祭司烏利亞說：『早晨的燔祭、晚上的素祭、王的燔祭和素祭、國中之民的燔祭素祭和奠祭、都要燻在大祭壇上；燔祭牲所有的血和平安祭牲的血也都要潑在這壇上；只是銅祭壇卻要給我做求問的用處。』祭司烏利亞就照亞哈斯王所吩咐的一切話去行。
