The royal law is found in Scripture. It says,“ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”( Leviticus 19:18) If you really keep this law, you are doing what is right.

你們若照著聖經所說“要愛人如己”這話，去完成這至尊的律法，你們就作對了。

固然囉，你們如果依照經上所記『愛鄰舍如同你自己』的話、行盡了賦有王權的律法，那好極了！

不過，你們如果照著經上那條至尊的律法「要愛鄰如己」完全實行，你們就做得很好了。

然依經所載、愛鄰如己之尊律、爾若盡之、則善矣、

經之至法云、愛同人如己、爾守此則善、

爾若遵守經所載愛人如己之至法、至法原文作王法則善矣、

經云：『爾當愛人如己。』爾能守此王法、則庶幾矣。

If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture,“ Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.

If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture,“ You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

Yes indeed, it is good when you obey the royal law as found in the Scriptures:“ Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Indeed, if you fulfill the royal law prescribed in the Scripture, Love your neighbor as yourself, you are doing well.

If, however, you are fulfilling the royal law according to the Scripture,“ You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture,“ You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well;

Howbeit if ye fulfil the royal law, according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself, ye do well:

Indeed, if you keep the royal law prescribed in the Scripture, Love your neighbor as yourself, you are doing well.

If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

But if you fulfill the royal law as expressed in this scripture,“ You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

However, if you fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture,“ You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well.

“‘ Do not try to get even. Do not hold anything against any of your people. Instead, love your neighbor as you love yourself. I am the Lord.

He answered,“‘ Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Love him with all your strength and with all your mind.’( Deuteronomy 6:5) And,‘ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’ ”( Leviticus 19:18)“ You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied.“ Do that, and you will live.”But the man wanted to make himself look good. So he asked Jesus,“ And who is my neighbor?”Jesus replied,“ A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho. Robbers attacked him. They stripped off his clothes and beat him. Then they went away, leaving him almost dead.A priest happened to be going down that same road. When he saw the man, he passed by on the other side.A Levite also came by. When he saw the man, he passed by on the other side too.But a Samaritan came to the place where the man was. When he saw the man, he felt sorry for him.He went to him, poured olive oil and wine on his wounds and bandaged them. Then he put the man on his own donkey. He brought him to an inn and took care of him.The next day he took out two silver coins. He gave them to the owner of the inn.‘ Take care of him,’ he said.‘ When I return, I will pay you back for any extra expense you may have.’“ Which of the three do you think was a neighbor to the man who was attacked by robbers?”The authority on the law replied,“ The one who felt sorry for him.” Jesus told him,“ Go and do as he did.”

And here is the second one.‘ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’( Leviticus 19:18) There is no commandment more important than these.”“ You have spoken well, teacher,” the man replied.“ You are right in saying that God is one. There is no other God but him.To love God with all your heart and mind and strength is very important. So is loving your neighbor as you love yourself. These things are more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

The whole law is fulfilled by obeying this one command.“ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”( Leviticus 19:18)

Speak and act like people who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom.

Pay everything you owe. But you can never pay back all the love you owe one another. Whoever loves other people has done everything the law requires.Here are some commandments to think about.“ Do not commit adultery.”“ Do not commit murder.”“ Do not steal.”“ Do not want what belongs to others.”( Exodus 20:13–15, 17; Deuteronomy 5:17–19, 21) These and all other commands are included in one command. Here’s what it is.“ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.”( Leviticus 19:18)

And the second is like it.‘ Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’( Leviticus 19:18)

But the Lord spoke to my father David. He said,‘ With all your heart you wanted to build a temple for my Name. It is good that you wanted to do that.

“ His master replied,‘ You have done well, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful with a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

But suppose someone takes a good look at the perfect law that gives freedom. And they keep looking at it. Suppose they don’t forget what they’ve heard, but they do what the law says. Then this person will be blessed in what they do.

But God spoke to Jonah. God said,“ Is it right for you to be angry about the plant?”“ It is,” Jonah said.“ In fact, I’m so angry I wish I were dead.”

But then they said to one another,“ What we’re doing isn’t right. This is a day of good news. And we’re keeping it to ourselves. If we wait until sunrise, we’ll be punished. Let’s go at once. Let’s report this to the royal palace.”

Treat them as if they were one of your own people. Love them as you love yourself. Remember that all of you were outsiders in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.

But the Lord replied,“ Is it right for you to be angry?”

We don’t need to write to you about your love for one another. God himself has taught you to love one another.

Carry one another’s heavy loads. If you do, you will fulfill the law of Christ.

But it was good of you to share in my troubles.

But God chose you to be his people. You are royal priests. You are a holy nation. You are God’s special treasure. You are all these things so that you can give him praise. God brought you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

You believe there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that. And they tremble!
