But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.

For this is what the Lord says, He who created the heavens( He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it as a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited):“ I am the Lord, and there is no one else.

And He built His sanctuary like the heights, Like the earth which He has established forever.

Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding,Who set its measurements? Since you know. Or who stretched the measuring line over it?On what were its bases sunk? Or who laid its cornerstone,When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Praise Him, highest heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens!They are to praise the name of the Lord, For He commanded and they were created.

Covering Yourself with light as with a cloak, Stretching out heaven like a tent curtain.

The pronouncement of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: The Lord who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of a person within him, declares:

Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, Whose hope is in the Lord his God,Who made heaven and earth, The sea and everything that is in them; Who keeps faith forever;

This is what God the Lord says, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it And spirit to those who walk in it:

for by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities— all things have been created through Him and for Him.
