But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding.

Or who stretched the line on it?What were its foundations fastened on? Or who laid its cornerstone,when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens.Let them praise Yahweh’s name, for he commanded, and they were created.

He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.
