“他们并不诚心哀求我，乃在床上呼号；他们为求五谷新酒聚集，仍然悖逆我。

摩押的居民哪，要离开城邑，住在山崖里，像鸽子在深渊口上搭窝。

“在净光的高处听见人声，就是以色列人哭泣恳求之声，乃因他们走弯曲之道，忘记耶和华他们的神。

“我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪，寻求我面；他们在急难的时候必切切寻求我。”来吧，我们归向耶和华！他撕裂我们，也必医治；他打伤我们，也必缠裹。

住在山穴中据守山顶的啊，论到你的威吓，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你虽如大鹰高高搭窝，我却从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。

耶和华如此说：“我们听见声音，是战抖惧怕而不平安的声音。你们且访问看看，男人有产难吗？我怎么看见人人用手掐腰，像产难的妇人，脸面都变青了呢？

巴兰观看基尼人，就题起诗歌说：“你的住处本是坚固；你的窝巢做在岩穴中。

为本家积蓄不义之财、在高处搭窝、指望免灾的有祸了！

黎巴嫩哪，开开你的门，任火烧灭你的香柏树。松树啊，应当哀号；因为香柏树倾倒，佳美的树毁坏。巴珊的橡树啊，应当哀号，因为茂盛的树林已经倒了。

耶和华说：住山谷和平原磐石上的居民，你们说：‘谁能下来攻击我们？谁能进入我们的住处呢？’看哪，我与你们为敌。

你虽如大鹰高飞，在星宿之间搭窝，我必从那里拉下你来。这是耶和华说的。
