The people of Israel and Judah have provoked me by all the evil they have done— they, their kings and officials, their priests and prophets, the people of Judah and those living in Jerusalem.

The people of Israel and Judah have made me very angry. They have done many evil things. They, their kings and officials have sinned. So have their priests and prophets. And the people of Judah and Jerusalem have also sinned.

“ The sins of Israel and Judah— the sins of the people of Jerusalem, the kings, the officials, the priests, and the prophets— have stirred up my anger.

主啊，我们和我们的君王、首领、列祖因得罪了你，就都脸上蒙羞。

嗐！犯罪的国民，担着罪孽的百姓；行恶的种类，败坏的儿女！他们离弃耶和华，藐视以色列的圣者，与他生疏，往后退步。你们为什么屡次悖逆，还要受责打吗？你们已经满头疼痛，全心发昏。从脚掌到头顶，没有一处完全的，尽是伤口、青肿，与新打的伤痕，都没有收口，没有缠裹，也没有用膏滋润。

“贼被捉拿，怎样羞愧，以色列家和他们的君王、首领、祭司、先知也都照样羞愧。

你的官长居心悖逆，与盗贼作伴，各都喜爱贿赂，追求赃私。他们不为孤儿伸冤；寡妇的案件也不得呈到他们面前。

从我们列祖直到今日，我们的罪恶甚重；因我们的罪孽，我们和君王、祭司都交在外邦列王的手中，杀害、掳掠、抢夺、脸上蒙羞正如今日的光景。

我说：雅各的首领，以色列家的官长啊，你们要听！你们不当知道公平吗？你们恶善好恶，从人身上剥皮，从人骨头上剔肉，吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打折他们的骨头，分成块子像要下锅，又像釜中的肉。到了遭灾的时候，这些人必哀求耶和华，他却不应允他们。那时他必照他们所行的恶事向他们掩面。论到使我民走差路的先知，他们牙齿有所嚼的，他们就呼喊说：“平安了！”凡不供给他们吃的，他们就预备攻击他。耶和华如此说：

这悖逆、污秽、欺压的城有祸了！她不听从命令，不领受训诲，不倚靠耶和华，不亲近她的神。她中间的首领是咆哮的狮子；她的审判官是晚上的豺狼，一点食物也不留到早晨。她的先知是虚浮诡诈的人；她的祭司亵渎圣所，强解律法。

其中的先知同谋背叛，如咆哮的狮子抓撕掠物。他们吞灭人民，抢夺财宝，使这地多有寡妇。其中的祭司强解我的律法，亵渎我的圣物，不分别圣的和俗的，也不使人分辨洁净的和不洁净的，又遮眼不顾我的安息日；我也在他们中间被亵慢。其中的首领仿佛豺狼抓撕掠物，杀人流血，伤害人命，要得不义之财。其中的先知为百姓用未泡透的灰抹墙，就是为他们见虚假的异象，用谎诈的占卜，说：‘主耶和华如此说’，其实耶和华没有说。国内众民一味地欺压，惯行抢夺，亏负困苦穷乏的，背理欺压寄居的。

因此，耶和华一日之间必从以色列中剪除头与尾，棕枝与芦苇。长老和尊贵人就是头，以谎言教人的先知就是尾。

“看哪，以色列的首领各逞其能，在你中间流人之血。

“我们的神啊，你是至大、至能、至可畏、守约施慈爱的神。我们的君王、首领、祭司、先知、列祖，和你的众民，从亚述列王的时候直到今日所遭遇的苦难，现在求你不要以为小。在一切临到我们的事上，你却是公义的；因你所行的是诚实，我们所做的是邪恶。我们的君王、首领、祭司、列祖都不遵守你的律法，不听从你的诫命和你警戒他们的话。

没有听从你仆人众先知奉你名向我们君王、首领、列祖，和国中一切百姓所说的话。

雅各家的首领、以色列家的官长啊，当听我的话！你们厌恶公平，在一切事上屈枉正直；以人血建立锡安，以罪孽建造耶路撒冷。首领为贿赂行审判；祭司为雇价施训诲；先知为银钱行占卜。他们却倚赖耶和华，说：“耶和华不是在我们中间吗？灾祸必不临到我们。”所以因你们的缘故，锡安必被耕种像一块田，耶路撒冷必变为乱堆；这殿的山必像丛林的高处。
