也要說：「永恆主啊，關於這地方、你曾經說過，說要把它剪除，使沒有在這裏居住的，沒有人也沒有牲口，乃是要永遠荒涼。」

又说：“耶和华啊，你曾论到这地方说：要剪除，甚至连人带牲畜没有在这里居住的，必永远荒凉。

说：‘耶和华啊，你曾论到这地方说：要剪除它，不再有人与牲畜居住此地，必永远荒凉。’

说：‘耶和华啊，你曾论到这地方说：要剪除它，不再有人与牲畜居住此地，必永远荒凉。’

并且要说，‘耶和华啊！你曾说要毁灭这地方，使这里人兽绝迹、永远荒凉。’

然后你要说：‘耶和华啊！论到这地方，你曾经亲自说过要把它剪除，使这地永远荒凉，没有人畜居住。’

又說：『耶和華啊，你曾論到這地方說：要剪除，甚至連人帶牲畜沒有在這裏居住的，必永遠荒涼。』

說：『耶和華啊，你曾論到這地方說：要剪除它，不再有人與牲畜居住此地，必永遠荒涼。』

說：『耶和華啊，你曾論到這地方說：要剪除它，不再有人與牲畜居住此地，必永遠荒涼。』

並且要說，『耶和華啊！你曾說要毀滅這地方，使這裡人獸絕跡、永遠荒涼。』

然後你要說：‘耶和華啊！論到這地方，你曾經親自說過要把它剪除，使這地永遠荒涼，沒有人畜居住。’

且曰、耶和華歟、爾言必滅斯土、使無居民、人畜俱泯、永為荒蕪、

當言於耶和華曰、爾言必滅斯邦人民畜群、刧掠一空、地變荒蕪、歷代若此、

亦當禱曰、主歟、主曾言必滅斯地、使無居處之人民牲畜、必為荒蕪直至永遠、

Then say,‘ Lord, you have said you will destroy this place, so that neither people nor animals will live in it; it will be desolate forever.’

Then say,‘ Lord, you have said you will destroy this place. You have said that no people or animals will live here. It will be empty forever.’

and say,‘ O Lord, you have said concerning this place that you will cut it off, so that nothing shall dwell in it, neither man nor beast, and it shall be desolate forever.’

Then say,‘ Lord, you have said that you will destroy Babylon so that neither people nor animals will remain here. She will lie empty and abandoned forever.’

Say,‘ LORD, you have threatened to cut off this place so that no one will live in it— people or animals. Indeed, it will remain desolate forever.’

and say,‘ You, Lord, have promised concerning this place to cut it off, so that there will be nothing living in it, whether man or animal; but it will be a permanent desolation.’

then you shall say,‘ O Lord, You have spoken against this place to cut it off, so that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but it shall be desolate forever.’

and say, O Jehovah, thou hast spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, that none shall dwell therein, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever.

You must say,‘ Lord, You have threatened to cut off this place so that no one will live in it— man or beast. Indeed, it will remain desolate forever.’

Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever.

Then say,‘ O LORD, you have announced that you will destroy this place so that no people or animals live in it any longer. Certainly it will lie desolate forever!’

and say,‘ Yahweh, you have spoken concerning this place, to cut it off, that no one will dwell in it, neither man nor animal, but that it will be desolate forever.’

因為有一國從北方上來攻擊她，使她的地荒涼，無人居住；連人帶牲畜都逃跑走光。

因永恆主的震怒，她必無人居住，乃要全然荒涼；凡經過巴比倫的、都必驚駭，也必因她所受的一切擊傷而嗤笑。

萬軍之永恆主發神諭說：『我必起來攻擊他們，將巴比倫剪滅掉，其名號及血統，其苗裔及後代，都剪滅：這是永恆主發神諭說的。我必使巴比倫做豪豬的住處，又變為水沼之地；我必用剿滅的掃箒掃淨他：這是萬軍之永恆主發神諭說的。』

巴比倫、列國中最華美的，迦勒底人所炫耀為最燦爛的，必像上帝之傾覆所多瑪和蛾摩拉一樣。那裏必永無居民，世世代代無人居住；遊牧民族不在那裏搭帳棚；牧羊的人不使羊羣躺在那裏。躺在那裏的、只有住在曠野的猛獸；滿了他們房屋的、只有吼叫陰森的動物；鴕鳥住在那裏；野山羊在那裏跳躍。豺狼必在他們的衛所裏呼號；野狗必在豪華的宮殿中吼叫；其時候將近到了；其日期必不久延。

『因此曠野猛獸跟豺狼必住在那裏；鴕鳥也必住於其中；永不再有人住；世世代代終無人居。就如上帝傾覆所多瑪蛾摩拉與其鄰近城市一樣，永恆主發神諭說，必沒有人住在那裏，也無人寄居於其中。

天哪，聖眾使徒和神言人哪，因那城而歡躍吧！因為上帝已為你們伸雪而判罰她了。』有一位大有力量的天使舉起一塊石頭來、像大磨石、丟在海裏、說：『巴比倫大城也必這樣砰磅一下被丟下，決不能再看到了！彈絃琴、作樂、吹簫笛、吹號筒者、的聲音在你中間決不能再聽到了；各手工業各手藝人在你中間決不能再看到了；石磨的聲音在你中間決不能再聽到了；燈光決不能再照耀於你中間了；新郎新娘的聲音在你中間決不能再聽到了；因為你的商人曾經是地上的大人物；因為列國都曾在你的邪術中受了迷惑。』

我必使你永遠荒涼；你的城市必沒有人居住；你們就知道我乃是永恆主。

你就看吧，我一定要差遣人去徵取北方的眾族，永恆主發神諭說，我必差遣人去見我的僕人、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，引他們來攻擊這地和這地的居民，以及四圍這些列國；我必把他們盡行毁滅歸神，使他們成了令人驚駭、令人嗤笑、永被羞辱的對象。

『七十年滿了以後，永恆主發神諭說，我必察罰巴比倫王以及那國，我必鑒察他們的罪孽，察罰迦勒底人之地，使它永遠荒涼。

地震動而翻騰；因為永恆主責罰巴比倫的旨意立定不移，要使巴比倫之地荒涼，無人居住。

『永恆主發神諭說：行毁滅的山哪，毁滅遍地的山哪，看哪，我跟你作對；我必伸手攻擊你，使你從巉巖上輥下去，成為燒燬了的山。人必不從你那裏取石頭為房角石，也不從你那裏取石頭做根基；因為你必永遠荒涼：永恆主發神諭說。

巴比倫必變成亂堆，作為野狗的住處；令人驚駭、令人嗤笑，無人居住。
